The whole thing sounds odd and the owner is saying the police are not interested. I very much doubt that. I never use the lube - bit of a scam imho - I use water with Zymol or something and just dip the clay in and keep the bodywork wet with a cloth - never seems to do any damage and the paintwork feels like glass afterwards. My other way of doing it is to do it in the rain!! lol - I went out after getting my first claybar (from Germany) and thought I'd try it on one wing then it started raining and I ended up doing the whole car! heh

I was hoping to get to AWD and Crail but the wife was ill so I had the kids all weeend! Thw whiteline stuff was what I was gonna get too so it's going thru to Hypertech as they are (still) doing free fitting which you can't argue with! Whats best setup for the newages then? Don't wanna spend too much so most benefit for least outlay would be nice

yeah sounds like they are checking tax discs then the police are pulling them. (Good!) The police in West Lothian (I saw it on the A89) also have a 57 plate silver BMW or Merc estate now - I saw it as it had pulled someone over at Newbridge. (BMW and Merc just look the same now so can't actually remember which it was!)

sounds like they may have some sort of throttling on connections from a specific IP to stop the traffic being too high? Just a guess. You may be affecting the performance of the whole site at peak times so they've blocked you No more than 2 concurrent connections for you! EDIT: - Just tried it and opened 7 windows to SIDC forum and different sections of the site with no problems...

ebay them for a tank of petrol money - job done! Suddenly they will get loads of calls for pads and put the price back up thinking they have hit a rich vein! lol

We use a booster seat for Grace and she is 3 going on 4 - so you don't need a full car seat for the 4yr old

you can reg for free and search for the specific type of petrol too and you can increase the range...

I am getting the bonnet touched up - it's weird how the bonnet gets chipped more than the front of the car! Still trying to find time to sort out the spoiler....as the car is my daily driver and I have been staying late most nights to finish a magazine we are sending to the printers on Monday

Passed with one advisory and nothing else! It went to Hypertech to be done and sadly they didn't have any of the whiteline parts in that I want or that would have been done too... The condition of the car is testament to Irish Al's care with it so thx to him for selling me a cracker

btw - what time do they open? The wife is gonna take me thru 1st thing then dropping me into work but not sure if I can put the keys thru Hypertech's door or not? If they open at 10 or so I can just get a workmate to follow me thru to drop the car off.

Got my car going in to there tomorrow for MOT - also considering getting some Whiteline parts fitted - what's the best first mod? I'm thinking ARB or anti-lift? I already have Tein springs. The car is handling very nicely now with the 17's. Not sure if it needs Geometry done again as Al had it done to Prodrive settings not too long ago. Any advice?
