Enjoyment of a non-Subaru, in terms of driving, is just not possible with a regular car. There are other benefits though; cheaper running costs, but that's about it, at least IMHO. Bought a 59 plate Civic Type S GT as a replacement for the Scooby and I haven't put a sponge near it in three months. There is litter in it, the back seats are always down cause my golf gear is in and out. Plus the boot is covered in grass and crap. I couldn't care less about it, I might as well buy a cheap runaround. Driving will never be the same again. I'm contemplating a CR-V diesel, AWD. Miss the Scooby
