Or keep your current models and give them some extensive power and cosmetic mods to mak it something quite unique. I can't see me driving anything other than a Scoob TBH but like others, I don't like the new shape that much, though, the STi close up in person is a lot nicer than I ever thoght it would be. I'll be keeping my car for a long time to come and will throw some more mods at it.

Sorry to hear about your vortex! I take it you managed to recover it? I got mine from Flat4Online. Its a CF lookalike and I stuck it on with the double sided tape stuff that came with it. Even with one side not properly fitted, it has refused to budge even under hard accelaration and speeds in excess of 100mph (knockhill).

Front mount? An STi TMIC is good for over 400bhp so a FM is overkill for the sort of moderate upgrades that Neil is suggesting. Andy.F suggested my getting one when I got my car mapped on the standard WRX TMIC, so I did. I went back to him for some tweeks and the there was practially no change in power outputs with the STi TMIC. The only reason to uprate your intercooler is for safety reasons, it is a support mod as opposed to a power mod. Might I also be correct in saying that due to the longer pipe-runs with a FMIC, more lag is introduced.

Those blue ones would like nice on a silver car, but I think it needs some lettering and numbers etc. to add to the effect. Cusco-style graphics are quite common though, but not in blue on silver. But DON'T buy from Underground, guy's a let down I'm afraid. If you post a pic of your car in the same angle/position as that one on the picture. I'll have a go at Photoshopping them onto your car for you if you want.

You got it right the first time: shotgun. I suggest keeping an eye out for any feline intruders to enure that that is the cause. Once you have done that, find out who it belongs to and talk to the owner about it. You never know, if their animal is damaging your car, they might pay for it, though, don't hold your breath.

Why would you want to upgrade to a STi TMIC? On its own in a standard car, it does't offer very much.

That's when the fun REALLY begins!

I haven't mate, but I have seen quite a few people on here who have used them and if they were pants, I'm sure that they either wouldn't have bought them, or at least gave them a duff review.
