  1. Same here! Car looks awesome, LOVE that!
  2. You must be driving it like a girl! Come on man, give it to welly!!!
  3. Had three nuts holding it on for months! And I have no idea how it never got picked up...
  4. Aye don't buy another one, that should do you the life of the car and will therefore save your a few notes when service day comes around
  5. Got some new boots fitted last week so took the trip to Hypertech to get the alignment done as there was some irregular tyre wear. Car jacked up and young Dunc did some checks... rear wheel bearing shafted! Great! Couldn't do the alignment. The car was booked in for the following Saturday (today) for a replacement bearing and alignment. In the meantime, CraigMcD changed out all the rear wheel bolts in ready preparation for the bearing replacement (yeah i was still running with jsut three holding on each side). Got to Hypertech this morning dropped the car off and went for a stroll in the lovely Bonnybridge freezing weather. Returned to the garage to see the car on the ramp being prepared for alignment. Duncan then informed me (much to my great pleasure) that the bearing was actually OK! Once he stripped the hub off he noticed that some nut was slack, I think the drive shaft nut or soemthing like that. Anyhoo, it was readily tightned up and all is good. Not like me to get a lucky break! Anyhoo, the car feels much more sure-footed with the new rubber, balancing and alignment - all good!
  6. Certainly does that. Needs lowered to complete the look of utter meaness!
  7. You bought that yellow number in the YouTube video!!!?!?!?! Way ta GOOOO! Awesome!
  8. Yup, thats the problem with them. They are awesome, but if you go hot into a corner and the raod is uneven or damaged, the car will skip across the surface. Softer suspension will absorb the shock, but the harder COs can actually cause a loss of traction! That said, I wouldn't be without them
  9. They changed my front disks under warranty which I trashed on the track
  10. Yeah I used www.tyretraders.com as well. Order your tyres and if your lucky enough they come out and fit them. I wasn't in an area that did that, bummer. I choose a garage from their website and a date to have them fitted and that was it. I got 4 Khumo Ecstas for £200 plus another £57 for delivery and fitting.
  11. Na, stuck at a measly 340 bhp mate but still a healthy 400 torky guys! I have to proctect the glass gearbox so I can't go crazy with in on track. I saw your car at Hypertech yestersday, looking all sorry for itself I was in for geo settings and had to pull the plug on it... young Dunc found that my rear offside wheel bearing was gubbed! Im 500 miles outta warranty and no 30k service, so £150 I didn't wanna spend! Such is life!
  12. I can do that if you need me. Pretty close to me anyway.
  13. Ooo nice! Make an appointment at the dentist to get all your fillings replaced too.
  14. Aye, I know what you that feels like mate, but I try to see it as a challenge and a learning experience now and that detracts from the "pain". Ha! Anyhoo, good to see you, hope to catch up with you some time soon. JW
