Ritchie very kindly gave me a set of tyres for my track wheels (cheers mate!) and I just wanted to check that they will fit on my wheels. I have STi8 wheels fitted with 225/45/17 tyres. Ritchies tyres are 215/45/17, just wanted to check that they will fit ok before I take the lot down to the tyre fitter. Thanks! JW

James, I have two so-so falkens and one decent RE070, so I have nothing that I can really use. I just bought 4 new tyes for my 18s and there is no way I'm trashing those!

Hi Folks I need either a couple of Faulkens for my track wheels or a set of four all the same brand. Any ideas where I can get decent used rubber at a decent price. LOL! With Number 13 on it! Ha! The car is going in beginning April to get the car park damage sorted out but I'm not gonna bother with the bonnet damage as it isn't too bad. I'll just cover it with a sticker. I need to replace my sunstrip though BOO! Mark, its not just a chip, its a bit of a hole and lots of long and getting longer cracks spreading from it It's getting sorted at the college on Tuesday

Nae luck mate! And yes, lightening does strike twice... in my case, three, four five times! I got no luck me! If Im not wrecking it myself then people are banging into me or stones are smashin' ma windies!

Doing around 70 - 75mph on the M8 this morning and a flying rock (I think) whacked my bonnet and windscreen. Totally crapped myself! I couldn't tell if the rock came from the lorry in front of me or if he kicked it up off the road. Slight damage to the bonnet as well as serious damage to the glass. I spose kudos to the windsreen manufacturer is in order, given that the glass didn't come all the way in!!!

Should pick up a decent STi with that sort of cash, especially in the current climate. Dont downgrade to a WRX though, make sure its an STi!!! Good luck with it

the pitch is 1.25 and all I can say about the diameter is that is more than 12mm - sorry my tap and die kit doesn't go higher than that. Also, mine is an MY06 but I can't imagine it being anydifferent frome the 04.
