I know from my experiences talking to guys trying to organise world motorsports events, if you want maximum draw then Midlands is the best. Folk will not go from Essex, Sussex, Kent, Dorset etc to Knockhill. Find a circuit or venue in the Midlands somewhere for maximum draw and it's a possibility.

Strictly this is off topic, I know, but as this was raised last night I promised I'd do something about it. I did explain that the swear filter was a last minute panic as I forgot about it when the new site went live. I found an import file and applied it. I just didn't realise it came from tellytubbies.com! I've now been through it pretty ruthlessly and as a result, it has gone from over 150 entries to 35. Of those 35 entries left, 15 are converting various personal message notifications to "I touch goats" The 20 entries remaining after the "I touch goats" lot are mostly permutations of the same 3 or 4 obvious words. One begins with C, one beings with S, one begins with B and one begins with W. I don't treat bugger as a swear word. It was quite an amusing process deleting all the crap. I think whoever wrote it had a breast aversion as bosom, melons, nipples, tatas, bazongas, tits and titties were all in there. Some of the most amusing ones were "fur pie", "making whoopie", "pocket pool" and "porch monkey" (WTF is a porch monkey anyway?) Hopefully that knocks the filter issue on the head

There are CCTV cameras with ANPR on the Kincardine Bridge. They should be able to tell you if it went that way.

We're proposing to add live chat functionality to the site. A product I believe suitable has been installed and needs a bit of testing and feedback. Notes: It's not had any kind of custom skinning done to match the rest of the site yet until I suss whether it meets the needs or not. It's integrated with the Forums in so far as it knows your username and will automatically log you in. As it is designed to integrate with several differen Forum brands it doesn't carry stuff like Profile information over. It's only username and password it recognises from the Forums. I've created a few rooms, but it is possible for users to create their own temporary chat rooms e.g. Aberdeen planning a meet, Glasgow Santa Cruise etc. Temporary Chat Rooms are deleted 1 hour after the last post is made. It is possible to create private password protected rooms, but Admins can enter those rooms invisibly. For those familiar with IRC, it supports many of the IRC commands. Click on the Help link for more details From within the Chat system it is possible to initiate a private chat with an individual. Watch these online companies. I looked into producing a Trials calendar to meet demand a couple of years ago. Be sure to ask for samples as the quality I got sent to me from these online ordering firms was pish even though the photos supplied were spot on and hi-res. I ended up looking at proper printing companies, but they wanted minimum order quantity which I couldn't guarantee so canned it. Better to produce nothing than to produce a disappointment, IMO.
