Welcome my friend ( ignore the auld car chat). I am also from Aberdeen and have an 02 bugeye......PPP will give your car a definite edge and LOTS of torque. Recommend Prodrive springs, drop links and an adjustable anti-roll bar. Your car will be an absolute weapon after that !!

For clarity :- You plan - Full decat Up pipe - VF34 Turbo - Sports catdown pipe - de-res centre - Prodrive BB. I have - Full decat HKS Up pipe -VF35 turbo -TSL Thundercat- afterburner decat and straight thru centre section - H&S back box CGS

Mine passed with the same set-up..................that was the car stone cold on testing and say nothing about the set-up of the car to the garage i.e a true test. Not only that .......my sports cat was bought second hand. CGS

I have been through the whole exhaust thing and the best compromise for me was the H&S ScoobySport Classic Video from inside the car @ The Nordschleife ( jump to 1 minute 58 secs after the long straight) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cQryLnN3pIY and from Knockhill internal........... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ktDioCoXOvE even sounds braw on a Legacy p.s mine is specifically purchased to be fine @ 75-80 mph on the motorway

Man really sorry to hear of your news.........first time I have heard a new age being nicked in this way in Scotland. Usually they go for the rarer classics... In some respects at least you went through minimal trauma as you, wife kids etc did not come into direct contact with these guys. How did they break into the house ? I suppose modern security systems on our cars means that these sort things will be more common. At least you are okay. A car can be replaced.........you cannot

Just back after doing Aberdeen, Glasgow, Loch Lomond, Fort William, Spean Bridge, North & West Skye, Plockton, Applecross, Fort Augustus, Inverness and then Aberdeen. Good bit of (safe) sport sir......the anti-roll bar on the extreme setting is outstanding ! What mods did your car have ( standard ppp ?) I was able to pull a good few car lengths on ya. Nonetheless a good bit of clean fun with some mutaul respect on the twisties. Your exhaust sounded superb at full whack Cal
