I took our two out to the beach last night for a Valentines walk with the wife (we have a dachshund and a retreiver - both under 2 so quite a handful!) and I covered the seat too but they just went mad when they got back in the car and it was not so much the dirt but the smell of whatever the heck they were rolling/walking/running thru or in! lol Had the windows down most of today to get rid of the odour.

I only have a mobile too - never saw a landline in the garage tho so he may be under a car or something? He did answer his mobile most times I called when he had my car in.

But it would go thru her insurance and so be nothing to do with your excess?

What a fantastic review format - a proper driver telling you how the cars handle and explaining the proper differences between the 2 cars. I love it when you see reviewers are really enjoying the drive (esp. VBH) Is the driver anyone well known in German racing?

I assume the pop switch at the drivers side is not working too? I seem to have disconnected mine - funnily enough with a buggy too! Not sure how you open the boot from inside tho Martin
