The "chirping" could be a couple of things............(info found in that linked thread) Low car battery condition. Low alarm backup battery. or you may have (by some means) turned on the warning "beeps" which are normally turned off. These may be of assistance..........

AFAIK the Hawkeye WRX comes with self levelling headlights and the control unit may need resetting or one of the sensors may be damaged. Info for MY06/07(updated)........but may be of help
