  2. If you said you had been driving an Integra R type or Honda NSX or even an Escort Cosworth or some other fast car then you may have earned some respect , but a Puma............Ha Ha...........pick a better car the next time you make up a story please. [] Ford Racing Puma Not exactly Scooby bustingly fast is it! 3. Errrr........... Puma? Ford stoped making them 2002 because they never were that good,a Fiesta in a dress. 0-60 - 8.7 sec.....Some deisels will do it quicker than that.Plus you look like a girl if you drive one..................which may be your thing, who am I to judge. []
  4. Ya, I always wave if I spot A Scooby, but sometimes New Age car Drivers do not respond (ones with round lights) and I wonder why? Blob Eye (is that the right name?) Drives recognise Me and Classic Drivers too....[*-)] Even had kids shout as I drive past "SCOOBY" and a thumbs up!! []
  5. I think that chap is going to lose a lot of his money.......... £21,000 if this is what He spent on it! Errrrrrrr..........why did He do it? Could have got a real nice motor for that sort of cash instead of a Hyper Speed Wheelie Bin.....[:S]

  8. I know the feeling, I must have looked at around 20 cars before I found a good one, went to Bristol, Exeter and finally found the one I have in Cirencester at the main dealers! I live in Bridgwater, must have done over 200 Miles just driving around looking at cars...............every thing wrong from damaged to badly modded cars, one even had 4 different makes of tyres on it!! And a sports car dealer with a car with oustanding credit due on it too... make sure you HPI before you buy.
  9. I have been on the site and it is still up and running as far as I can tell, issue 9 due announcement soon, the BB is a little slow though. Notice that they no longer take orders for overseas......but I can wait if the standard of the Mag is the same as the first issues. []
  10. What a Dumb ass!Very lucky that He did not get his arm under the front wheel as He went over! []
  11. TVR has been under Russian ownership if I recall from a Top Gear test last Year, they made fast but fragile cars that were not up to every day use, unfortunatly. A mate`s Friend had one a while ago and ended up trading it in for a Yank car, corvette I think. The corvette was cheaper to impot then buying a new TVR and was more reliable! The TVR was like a Ferreri but with BL build quality.
  12. I understand that it may be a legal issue to name and shame, so how about naming good companys that the people who post here have used in the past, you could do a poll of the top five or ten and ask people to vote on them, that way we could see who are the best firms, ones that you can trust! Just an idea............ []
  13. Read the local paper last night (Bridgwater Mercury), someone from Bridgwater area wrapped an Impreza (classic) around a lamp post, anyone who posts here? I have spotted a few around the area in the past Year or two but did not recognise the car from the Photo, it was bent and minus the roof.A Black and White pic,so car looked like a Silver or White STI.Hope they recover.........

  23. Funny vid but no way will they ever play that on TOTP, if it was edited for TV it would be 2 seconds long!!!
  24. How do you work the stalk controls? It could be used at a fair ground as an attraction, fit the belt so it looks like a figure of eight between the pullys and the steering would be reversed! Now that would be fun to drive.... []
