  1. No wonder the missus is going nuts! Didn't you just recently acquire the car as well? For the 320bhp you're after, you can easily achieve this (and a bit more) with a VF34/35 turbo. And since you are running the 2.5 you will get oodles more torque; up to 400 ft/lbs. This is the torque figure for my car which is a little more than other WRXs which I think might be down to running forged pistons, though I dunno for sure. Keep away from the dark side
  2. Na, chavs usually drive C2s I'd say no to the original question: chavs could afford the insurance.
  3. Wouldn't be the handbrake not properly disengaging, would it? Jack your car up and check to see if there is any lateral play in the wheel. Usually a wheel bearing is a drone and not a whine.
  4. Jeezo!!! Turns out that yellow and orange creation is a front-wheel drive 1.6GL with Celica wheels!
  5. Nice touches. That reminds me, I need new flaps too, oh and a rear diffuser... and a front splitter... and a gearbox and and and! Just never stops!
  6. Wow that was fantastic! Nice to see a in-car video that doesn't some trashy thumping soundtrack ruining it. The GT3 put a up a good fight, I thought the Viper driver should have gotten past long before that, I guess he opted for the patient approach. Did anyone else notice that the video was 10 minutes and 10 seconds long. YouTube are usually restriced to 10 mins.
  7. Now that sounds pretty spectacular!
  8. Yeah, will look great with a pearl paint job and Lambo style doors, could also throw in one of those melodic horns as well! IMHO, the exhaust is best left as it is, just as St3phen stays.
  9. Welcome mate, and another vote for Hypertech too
  10. Woopsie! Somone not been on the formus in a wee while then? Worth seeing again though... and again and again and again
  11. And THAT will be on CNN, FOX News the BBC and Aljezera. LOL!
  12. I'm sure I'll see this on News at 10! LOL!
  13. Na, too much cash and work has gone into "White Lightneing". I think you should do the reverse of Frank's solution. That is, keep improving WL for track etc. and buy yourself another Scooby for day to day use as you wont be able to realise or unleash the full benefit of WL's potential. All this modding-talk is making me itchy!
  14. Iain, did you take that picture with a cardboard box with a hole in it??? LOL!
  15. I don't understand how you could let it go given how much you love and how you will miss it (over stating the case here a little!). I guess there are other reasons for releasing it that you don't want to share, so I hope you get something to fill the gap Keep posting
