Any body had any dealing with Knowhow repairs did watch watchdog about them.My new laptop i bought end of last December is away for a new harddrive went away on Friday .I tried one of the computer shops in town but they don't do warranty work.The laptop came up smart error 512 hardrive away to fail.So looking on the internet with my old laptop god its slow compared new laptop

What ever bodys insurance like for there impreza .Phoning around tonight and got a qoute of £749 pound from Adrian flux and asked why its as high as that and person on phone says subaru's are getting stolen.Thats new one to me.Well Aplan who i am with are £255 but still have a £500 excess that what it was when i had a my00 uk turbo .You think you get older insurance would come done not go up .Will give Aplan a phone and see if they can sharpen there pencil a bit ie lower qoute .

It was fifth gear and they never tested NF octane booster and any of the millers octane booster's .Just the stuff you see in halfords and to the main poster regards the 2.5 in the uk/euro Sti having a bad rep for problems best bet to remap for using lower octane fuel

I was a paid up member from 04 before i was a member on sidc site .I did not renew mine because i stopped using the garage i used to use after x amount of years to get the 10% discount and the last 2 years just paid it to support the club and sorry i was not a fan of true grip and sidc would of saved money ever time you renwed your membership you got more stickers and another copy of true grip that i all ready had .Regards membership if it was reduced you maybe get more members .Thats my opinion .Kevin

I had a look at the boot hinge layout in the sti i have and its totaly different to the way yours is .

There is wear in the black spring bar you can see it in the picture .The hinge bracket can be welded and buffed up so you can't see the weld good as new and a spray with the same grey undercoat subaru use job done

Sounds good with the exhaust system.There very quiet with the standard exhaust system all i hear is VF37 on the Jdm Sti and Standard dump valve
