  1. I'd appreciate it if you could Doug, interested to hear how the headers sound from outside the car.
  2. Already subscribed. Scott, i take it you will return the SIDC banner to John at the next SIDC Knockhill event or similar?
  3. Scott, thank YOU for the day. Certainly on a par with the Dastek day we had up north last October. Thanks to Rosey also for the organisation and for laminating my graph for me when the laminate outsmarted me. Excellent craic from all and nice to put so many names to so many faces - Jamie, Stuart, Scott, Grant, Brian, Alan, Charles, Kev, Doug, Pete etc it was nice to meet you all. Also nice for me to see the odd friendly familiar face - Lindsay/Andy. Cheers to Gerry for letting me sit in for my run and explaining what was going on (most of went right over my head but it was appreciated ) and a very special thanks to Mr Forrest for giving me 300bhp. Did i mention that's 50% more power than standard? Oh, and thanks to the other Andy also for the tinnitus. Was seriously impressed with your STi although i never got a chance to chat to you about it.

  5. Cheers Lindsay, i'll top up there then. Scott, it's all yours mate. I'm just the delivery guy.
  6. The fridge appears to still be in one piece after a wee test run tonight. God knows if it will make it to Edinburgh or not and then if it'll survive the mapping session. I know this is a PITA question but is there any Shell stations near Dastek? Oh, oh, Scott/Doug etc - i've been nominated to take the SIDC banner down with me for photos etc. I trust one of you guys knows what to do with the thing?
  7. Looks as though i'm going to be there too. Don't know where the feck i'm going you see. Dreading the thought of a 4:30am start.
  8. Badgers are really nasty things to hit. One took the side of my bumper off my old Cav Turbo.
  9. That'll be an air fuel ratio gauge then. Not quite a wide band...
  10. PMSL, i doubt it - sounds as though it's going to be a busy day. Safe to say if you can work a hoover, pick up a phone, tie your shoelaces etc you can fit a backbox.
  11. Consider it banked Mike. No, No, Click Me! Click Me!!!ft>
  12. I don't have a receipt for it as such as i won it... I do have the delivery note and a warranty application however. Aye, it's stainless steel, read ALL about it here. It could be fitted on Sat easily, although i'd recommend giving your local exhaust fitter a fiver to save the mucky fingers.
  13. Cheers Callum. If you're really interested you can read all about my quest for more power here, only 20 pages... You should put a thread in Projects (on SNet) for the Falcon, i have an uploader i can give you access to if posting pics is a problem?
  14. And here once you're done there... http://www.ipodshufflegiveaway.co.uk/?r=16613
  15. It was RR'd at Well Lane remember. +30bhp instantly.
  16. Sorry, i must've taken too many tablets.... it was 386bhp. OEM ECU and 380cc inejctors, MRT top mount, ported OE headers etc etc....
  17. Not necessarily. I don't know the ins and outs but a certain memeber on SNet ran a TD05 and almost every other bolt on mod with a standard ECU and 380cc injectors. Oh, and he made 387bhp IIRC. Go to SNet and search for Rich Wild. I personally wouldn't advise it unless you know what you're doing. i.e. i fitted a TD05 on my MY98 and drove a grand total of about 8 miles (off boost) before Andy remapped me. Me being a muppet.
  18. Ouch! We lost a Liebherr to a marsh at my old work once. Even had another excavator trying to dig it out but i was too far gone. Last i heard the army were going to use it as a training exercise and try to free it!
  19. Not normally a fan of gold wheels but the SL's look pretty swish on that. Give me a shout when you're giving those away after buying the next set.
  20. Gordon, it's my Dad's garage. Mine will be a world apart from that... once it's built. The next step is knitting wooly jumpers for the headers/turbo and downpipe.
