  1. I'm liking the new STI kit pictured on the True Grip mailshot thing. Might look good in the same light blue on dark scheme. Certainly never seen one before and it'd make a nice change to the standard rally graphics.
  2. It's the chronic lack of punctuation, and any attempt to break up long paragraphs into sentences, that gets to me. I end up feeling breathless after reading half the posts.
  3. I was thinking he could play the cheesey 80s guitar theme from Top Gun as we all don our helmets and prepare for battle. Let's kick the tyres and light the fires.
  4. I seem to be fairly gentle on the petrol on track. I thought I'd done quite a decent amount of laps for 3 hours. Probably 35-40 laps based on 1.3 miles a lap + rainy wheel spin. I wasn't hanging about either, I was later on the brakes than a lot of cars.
  5. Not bad gordy. I managed 87 miles on 34 litres of fuel, which was 11.5mpg . That was from Kincardine to KH + Laps + back to Kincardine. Did you get some Scott Lowe bonnet lifters then?
  6. Hurrah for a new found water splash on the backroads between Gartcosh and Condorrat!
  7. Very nice mate. In WR blue too I see. I have two module Bs in Music which I got playing the guitar. Can I play a note - can I f.....
  8. Evo concept. That's a good looking bit of kit.
  9. Nice. Not so sure about the purpose of the bird with the wagons, but she does drive a P1.
  10. Cal, I'll do my damndest to try and find you some cheap/free hosting for files. Mine is only £15 a year but that's a gig of transfers a month and only 50mb of space on the server. £1.50 per gig of transfers extra isn't too bad at least. OR. How about we go to a bittorrent solution. It means we'd all be downloading the latest videos off each other. Takes a bit of community working and good will for people to leave the files seeding, but it would certainly save on bandwidth.
  11. As a fellow ginger I object to that comment, but still laugh anyway. Unless you meant about him being from the blue side of the football divide. Cos I'll laugh at that too. My favourite thing about the D1 Impreza is the air intakes on the back doors for scooping in as much air as possible whilst going sideways. 2.5 turbo'd Forrester engine with all the trimmings, disconnected the front wheels from the engine so it's purely RWD too.
  12. To be fair Chris it was Wim Jansen that brough us Happiness. Martin just managed to keep him there for a good few seasons. The kids round my way love my car. All their parents drive fancy german metal too.
  13. Loving those JGTC Cusco ones. I just don't know if decals are for me. The Yukes D1 Impreza is sweet looking too, but you'd really need the orange base:
  14. I've always fancied getting a torso + legs decal. Possibly of Super Mario running from a side on perspective, so it looks like your head ontop of his body. You get get Princess peach on the other side for your significant other. Maybe with koopa or a goomba or a b-bomb on the back door chasing them. No? Just me?
  15. The dual port is the one that recircs under light loads and vents under high loads. Best of both worlds. Though having just coughed up £95 for a track day means no more wee mods for a while.
  16. Damn straight Chesney! 6:15am wake up call on the weekend is not ideal.
  17. Tut tut. No Scott Lowe Mudflaps. I see all the students getting taken out of the Police College on my way to work. Nothing as exciting as this though.
  18. Think I'll tag along for the watching. I wouldn't want to put you all to shame with the raw power out of my almost entirely unmodified engine.
  19. Anyone using a Turbosmart Dual Port BOV/DV or heard anything good/bad about them?
  20. I notice some more of mine pictured on the MLR. Cheers for that mate. Saved to the HD for future reminiscing of a great day.
  21. mmmmmm Spec C RA. Very Jealous. I wasn't aware that any of them came with the wing as standard. I stand corrected. It was certainly the Spec C look as I was going for with the splitter and the CF wing, but obviously on the cheap. Only a mad man would pay a grand for a spoiler. Anyone here done that?
  22. You know what they say. If you fall off the horse get straight back up and look for another one that you wont fall off. Or something like that.
  23. I've never been to one myself. Had planned to try and see some of the Tarmac stuff earlier in the year, but like most of my plans I forgot about it. Also Andy, loving the sig. I nearly laughed up my breakfast roll there.
