  2. As I said, usually need cutting/splitting off. They take the brunt of the crap thrown up by the front offside wheel.
  3. The connection between downpipe and 2nd cat pipe has, 1 nut/bolt and 1 stud/nut combination which can be replaced with 2 bolt/nuts to fit the cat delete pipe. They use a stud for ease of fitment during assembly. Like most of us who have done the job before, the nuts will probably need cutting/splitting off
  4. Red Arrows, Eurofighters - there's only one reason to go to RAF Coningsby......... The BBMF :icon_salut:

  8. I use a pair of water pump pliers for all the OEM pipe clips on mine....... Not sure if the blobeye's the same, but the later cars have a clip that locks open so that its easier to refit and you just need a screwdriver to release it to clamp. Have always found that its easier to remove once you have unbolted the recirc valve from the intercooler.
  9. You know who you are Good to meet you three and hope you had an uneventful(not tooo many "P" stops) trip back "up North", oh and you Rach as well
  10. You've been busy Yes, seems to work very well. I enhanced mine by adding some stainless steel mesh around it's central core, so that any oil mist has additional surface area to separate out onto.

An earlier photo............ Keeping the engine bay clean has been one of my "obsessions" and have done so with all my Subaru's. Jet washing I have found not to be a problem and have never "covered" any of the electrics whilst doing so, although keeping the spray away and warming the engine first helps. I use this for cleaning........ followed by this.......... Have followed these instructions since 1997 without a problem....... My previous FXT when new......... After 8 years and 120,000 plus miles...... and another Forester I was involved with...... Before.... After....... Hope that helps..

Nice, Sounds as if you've been looking at my thread on Scoobynet You can't quite see it, but there is a clear scuff guard fitted to the bumper top The My11 foglights are £90+ each to replace so having lost one I covered them in some Lamin-X Optic blue headlight protector.... http://www.lamin-x.co.uk/ All you need now is the auto folding/heated JDM mirrors........
