  1. A revision C 95/96 WRX STI and has the same gearbox as Joff's WRX
  2. https://www.htautos.co.uk/product/subaru-2015-sti-wrx-fender-flares-wide-arches/
  3. Could be the US's WRX STI Type RA new steroid edition (looking at the wheel arch extensions) ? Plain WRX STI Type RA
  4. The roof mouldings. ? Could it be a damaged retaining clip/s ? If moulding itself is damaged then replacement would be the only option Roof moulding - RH 91046FE061 Roof moulding - LH 91046FE071 https://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts-info?id=9794&cat=96&sub=183&sec=2484&var=85&dc=0&gen=&searchKey=&searchPart= https://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts-info?id=9797&cat=96&sub=183&sec=2484&var=85&dc=0&gen=&searchKey=&searchPart= https://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts-info?id=9796&cat=96&sub=183&sec=2484&var=85&dc=0&gen=&searchKey=&searchPart= https://www.importcarparts.co.uk/parts-info?id=9795&cat=96&sub=183&sec=2484&var=85&dc=0&gen=&searchKey=&searchPart=
  5. Time to ask for a refund. Nearest you'll get to the Tomioka is the Grimspeed unit http://www.grimmspeed.com/air-oil-separator-wrx-sti-lgt-fxt/
  6. I'm assuming Subaru UK moved to the Scorpiontrack unit for the new model as there were some problems with the MetaSat units for some people ( Tony had his MetaSat unit changed out following its malfunction). If it's been switched off by Scorpion and hasn't been physically disconnected in the car then it's possible it may still be drawing current but not a lot. the MetaSat draws <10mA. Dealers "should" know where its located. I know where my Metasat unit is and where the fuse is for it.
  7. If it's a metasat unit then more than likely unless the fuse has been pulled on it.
  8. Not exactly sure what you are after but................ 88835 - Keyless access transmitter (only comes a complete unit) 88835AG010 57497B - Blank Key Plate 57497AG400 (available on ebay)
  9. With the keyless entry/ access, and do they still fit the metasat tracker or similar? there is always some the drain on the battery. If you don't do particularly long journeys in the vehicle it will always be in some state of partial discharge and not fully charged. Best option when not in use, is to use a battery conditioner (eg CTEK - https://www.ctek.com/ ) to keep it in condition and fully charged and in good condition. Not sure about Bosch, but the best battery I've had/have is a Yuasa 5000 series.
  10. RA Motorsport are well regarded. http://www.ramotorsport.co.uk/ Also Brian Downie https://www.briandowniecarsales.co.uk/
  11. Hi, and welcome. Yes, yours will be an MY15 (Model Year15) which were in production from the end of 2013 until early 2015. The reason being production overlapped with the last of the previous model WRX STi which were MY14 (none of which came to the UK but did come to Europe). Looks as if you've been reading various US sites with the mention of Cobb and J pipes (??). Cobb access port is only really available for the US and now Australian Domestic models. A note of caution One of the main weak links with the Subaru EJ257 engine is that it is prone to ringland and headgasket failure necessitating the fitting of forged pistons and ARP head studs as a minimum, if you are looking at modifying it to any great extent.
  12. It's possible they are the remains of a tv aerial system which the Japanese seem to like. for example https://www.maxaudio.com.my/car-audio-video/787-type-r-super-high-quality-car-roof-tv-antenna-w-booster-yn-70-.html
  13. The MY08 Hatchbacks would have started arriving in the country towards the end of 2007 and anyway a "57" plate runs until end of February 2008. Model Year (the most important information regarding obtaining parts etc.) can be determined by checking the 10th character of the VIN. For MY08 it will be an "8"; MY09 a "9"; for MY10 an "A" ps welcome to the forum ?
  14. Only if you pay in 12 monthly instalments; £555 single payment You certainly will - Subarus heavy on the fuel and high on Co2 From 1st April 2018
  15. Nice thread resurrection Subaru have used 3 shades of Gold for their wheels Two listed here (GK1 and L920) plus BU0482 - Gold (1998) GK1 BBS Gold L920
  16. Both is best Far easier to setup on rollers and then road test and tweak if necessary. The above not always easy and safe to do.
  17. When I lived in Stortford (many moons ago ) I always used Stortford Performance Tyres (the other half of Cambridge Performance Tyres). A great outfit and a couple of the fitters owned Subarus. Not sure if anything has changed since they came under the Protyre banner https://www.protyre.co.uk/garages/stortford-performance-tyres-team-protyre
  18. What's a snatch plate ?? You didn't want my old sat nav then You need to transfer the mounting plates that fit on the side of the radio to the satnav or buy the pioneer cage that has better adjustment when it comes to the unit poking out of the A/V panel. Have you a subaru to iso adaptor? (connects2 or similar) http://www.connects2.co.uk/Product/ProductItem/CT20SU02 You will also need the adaptors for connecting the steering wheel controls, either the pioneer ones, which comes with the wiring adaptor for connecting all the required satnav inputs to the Subaru output connector that lurks behind the fuse box (see attached CA-R-SU199HA.pdf) OP Connector shown held by pink tape here....... or the connects2 version......plus the pioneer headunit connection lead http://www.connects2.co.uk/Product/ProductItem/CTSSU001.2 Subaru do an equivalent of the pioneer inputs connector......... (latest version is part number H0077AG021) but only available from Japan. The attached 062457-062456-ImprezaInstallationInstructionsE.pdf gives info on how to fit a subaru satnav and the ideal location for the gps antenna ( I made up a small plate to fit it where it's supposed to go, it sits under the dash forward of the instrument binnacle see item 86277 in first picture). Should keep you busy for a while
