  1. Well we had a time slot in the arena (small circle area for us to parade around) but we had not prepared any commentry or display so the idea was to drive round the arena a couple of times then park up and let the public have a look at the cars, only on lap 1.5 I overheard a guy at the arena boundary say "so what are these Subarus going to do then, just drive round in circles?" so as I passed the arena marshall again I asked if I was to pull into the middle of the arena and give a little demo would that be ok, he said yes (but if anyone asked he had nothing to do with it LOL) so drifting and loads of left and right hand doughnuts were carried out much to the satisfaction of the crowd of about 6 people and myself obviously Doughnuts and drifting in the middle of a ring of about 10 scoobs had to be seen to be appreciated Cheers Iain

  17. If going for the 10w40 the Castrol GTX Magnatec is a popular choice, I used that until I got the Sti. Cheers Iain
  18. I use a 5w50 with Prolong AFMT, 10w60 is really too thick for a road car, I normally say that under normal driving with a little hard driving a 10w40 would be just fine but as mine gets driven hard fairly regularly I chose to go for the 5w50 or 10w50 option either of these would suit your car mate. Cheers Iain
  19. Garry is down twice mate, did you want to join us on the day Cheers Iain
  20. Hello stranger I hope all is well with you all I am suggestin that we meet athe the Carterton CO-OP carpark @ 8:00am then leave no later than 8:10am and head for the services next to McDonalds in Witney to pick up the Witney lot for 8:20 - 8:30 that leaves us 30 mins to get to the meeting point in Abingdon, does this sound ok to everyone? Cheers Iain
