Squirrel Why don't you pop by the autocross beside Berwick upon Tweed on the 11th. There is no charge to get in and the 4 off the line format makes it good viewing. The field is just off the A1 and easy to find. Should be 60+ cars of all shapes and sizes. I am offshore at the moment but I can give you more info when I get back at the end of the month if you are interested.

I'll take this on.... Firstly...Is bigger really better? Many clubs have discovered that being too popular has caused serious problems. More people means more opinions and that means more arguments. Secondly...Why have these Scoob owners not joined already? Do they not know about the club? Are they not interested in what the SIDC have to offer? maybe you could do a bit of market research Chris?

There are lots of events about in the summer and the RO's have normal lives to lead as well as SIDC events.

Squirrel...you haven't said what suspension and brakes you are running. I know you left-foot brake so that gives a fair old strain on the stoppers so a set of 6 pots shouldn't go amiss. I reckon you have enough power for the open road so get the handling matched to the power for the ultimate buzz. If you really want a buzz get the exhaust quieted down and go road rallying! Noise checks!
