  1. Ooops sorry 8pm until late.
  2. This is the official Fife meet thread so feel free to post your ideas. I want to make it the last Wed of the month so it is the 27th July next time. See you there neebs!
  3. Doesn't sound like a bad deal Coulty. pm me the details please No-one else changed their suspension then?
  4. So who is up for this?
  5. I emailed you a couple of days ago kev.
  6. Has anyone got a list of the stages for Sunday?
  7. << Unfortunately Zeolite I will be watching from the sidelines this year >> oooh that hurts! hard lines m8! I am getting off this rust bucket on Friday now after an unexpected run of "nothing going wrong" . So I plan to come down for the Reivers on Sunday. Hope to see a few of you there.
  8. Got a fair bit of vid at home for you Foz including some moist rotations from KH!
  9. Best of luck with the event Derek! Remember "to finish first you must first finish"
  10. Not going to make it this year folks. So watch out for those slippy roads.
  11. Guys. I just wanted to find out what it was like at ground zero so to speak. So I am interested how this affects SIDC members who are there. Can we keep the thread to that topic please. If you want to discuss opinions then another thread would be appropriate I think. Thanks to the SIDC on the spot reporter HI SOOB.
  12. Stuck out here on a rig just of Shetland and was wondering how you lot were doing in Aucterarder. Sky news is full of pics of road barriers and policemen. How is it really? And how is Edinburgh with all those crusties rampaging? Sky news hype or real hassle?
  13. Well 4 shockers maybe. I think my 80K (MY99) suspension is getting a bit tired and I was wondering what kind of replacements are out there. It is running on a standard setup and frankly it feels fine to me. The car does a bit of towing and lowering is a definite no-no. Don't want to go too hard either so I am going to keep the standard springs and replace the shocks. Anyone know what kind of money we are looking at?
  14. No definite details yet but these events usually start around 9am and go on all day. Now Ingliston is usually a non-spectator event but rallye6 snuck in at the last one so.... I was at the last one marshalling and the organisers are again looking for marshals. This is not difficult (usually) and there will be plenty of people around to give a hand. Corsa usually officiates in some capacity and I will be marshalling if I can. I have to say that Tom Morris's 6R4 has the most awesome sound I have ever heard from any car and I have heard a few. George Macdonald can throw a Scoob around in the most spectacular way and the Pug 106 of Ian Grubb is fantastic to watch. All just outside Edinburgh. Come on down!
  15. It really is very shiny! A very well looked after motor but I have one already.
  16. Can't make this one as I am up by Shetland at the moment but I would be interested in any future events. Next Fife meet 27th July BTW
  17. Could you stick this up in the diary Dougster? Fife meet Snooty Fox 27th July 8pm
  18. Should have heard it from the inside! Thanks Foz! Offshore again BTW
  19. It is agreed then. Snooty Fox last Wednesday of the month 8 pm. Let's make it a regular date. Good parking and you can admire you cars from the window God knows whether I will make it but I am sure you guys can have fun without me
  20. It was a small meet but cosy nonetheless. Thanks to Higgy for turning up and much Scooby based chat ensued. Hoping to make it a regular monthly meet on the last Wednesday of the month. See you all next time. Z
  21. Apologies for the half-arsed way that this has been organised but work has been crazy and I didn't know if I was going to be here today or not. Anyway myself and Mrs Z will be at the Snooty Fox in Glenrothes from 20:00 tonight so come and introduce yourself and we can start getting a bit of community in the Kingdom. map
  22. Do you have any 16"s m8?
  23. Any Honda action Cal? want to see how sideways I got Foz's motor.
  24. Guys. I don't know if you noticed but the PGAC are running their day at Alford on the 10th. More track time anyone?
  25. Absolutely brilliant day! Thanks to John S for organising the event and to all who helped out. the weather was fantastic and I have the red face and neck that I consider a badge of honour! I had a great time playing with Foz's S2000. It is a quick little beastie! It was good to watch expert hillclimbers and sprinters do their thing and show us the lines. If the event hadn't clashed with the Boyndie Sprint I am sure we would have had a few more. Thanks to Spooks and Jamie for running around helping out the event and Rosie and Ali for mugging folks at the gate. In the nicest possible way of course. Although I did see them persuading a 2 year old to give them money
