You know I thought one of the highlights was travelling at 60mph in a convoy down the M74. it was quite funny waving to the "normal" people as the overtook us. The pre-lunch section was pretty good as well. I loved the s-bend sections.

It was kind of funny because I had just been saying at lunchtime that a really good driver would keep up with us in a 1600. he did try and overtake me but he had no chance because of the acceleration and i knew that so i just grinned at him. Full marks for application though. however he shouldn't have been driving that fast on an open road!

It is great stuff but it is for cutting back after painting. It knocks the spraymarks off. I would be very careful with it. Apply on a soft damp cloth and wipe. Don't rub!

Ian...You missed the really good stuff on the timed runs. The track got quicker as the slimy stuff was thrown off and we started to go for it. The Metro was ultra committed and amazingly there was only one banging incident even though we were driving within cms on that lovely track surface. Same place and time on the 8th May for the next one.

Excellent day. Mud plugging was the order of the day and boy was it slippy! Good to see Scoobylav and Big Daz whose shiny cars were parked in 2" of mud . johnny was there to keep sticking the Astra in my way but i didn't hit it cos I am a nice guy I would post up some pics but the attachment button doesn't work!
