Have just changed the centre section in my PPP'd MY99 for a straight through/non-resonated 2.5" Hayward and Scott item and the increase in noise is subtley nicer... Well worth it IMO, specially as I dont want to change from the PPP backbox either. [] Cheers, Grant

Originally got a PM from a guy on Scoobynet that had heard I was looking for a low-mileage Classic... that was a few weeks ago... got him to send me some pics and full spec on it, which didnt put me off so when I was in a position to buy I checked to make sure it was still around, had a wee haggle about the price and then arranged to view it. [H] Have only ever seen one other facelifted UK classic 4dr on the Owners Club.. and it was sporting full gold rally graphics, needless to say, mine will be a lot more subtle than that one!! [] Will be heading into Eden Subaru, Cupar for a Service within the next week hopefully... just waiting for a couple of bits from Flat 4 to arrive before I book it in. [] Cheers, Grant

Thanks a lot for the comments guys... if you see it around then give it a flash. [] That is a Series 2 RS Turbo in the garage, 1992 J-Reg, pretty damn rare... Goes like a train, made 167bhp @ Wheels. Only problem is that in our area, Tayside, the neds have a passion for RS Turbos which means that it doesnt really come out much due to me being paranoid about it going walkies when out shopping/seeing mates/etc.. so its going to waste sitting there in the garage.. I'm contemplating selling it to someone that would be able to enjoy driving it for at least a few months a year. Frank, I'm currently in discussion with a couple of people selling ST2's and a friend that has a set of 17" P1 alloys... decisions, decisions!! [] Cheers, Grant

Picked it up last weekend and this weekend was the first opportunity to give it a wash and take a few pics of it.... so here we go: Forgive all the pics.. I got a bit snap-happy!! [] Spec is as follows: MY99 4dr PPP 46k Full Subaru History Standard, apart from Clear Front and Side Indicators Got a few plans for it.. waiting for a few bits to arrive and in the process of ordering a few more!!
