  1. Really sorry to hear this... Kind of makes me glad I moved the Scoob on, this stuff used to be confined to London&England but it seems to have spread north of the border. << What if I'm in a smash and can't get out kinda thing - but now I've read this, I'm happy I'm locked in. >> Once you kill the ignition the doors automatically open.. dont think they'd automatically open a'la Audi Central Locking system once its senses the impact...... as its an aftermarket system you've had fitted. Take care guys and hopefully those ar$eholes run into someone that has a few big mates following them in another car, on a quiet country lane where no 5/0 or CCTV can help the scummy bassas!! Cheers, Grant
  2. Hope its nothing too serious... Cheers, Grant
  3. I've been recommended the 1155's too...... Does that mean that the person was having an indirect dig at my 'enthusiastic' driving style by recommending them over the 1144 for me?! Cheers, Grant
  4. I will be there too mate.. Dont think I'll be on track, but my car may be on a Club Stand thats being organised. Cheers, Grant
  5. Username: Grant (Wasp).... Long story about the Wasp thing!! Number Plate: G Unit Cheers, Grant
  6. I'm not sure about the requirements, possibly be listed on the website?? All I know is, my computer isnt cutting edge, and it works fine for me.. It is realistic and because of that I'm never, ever buying a RWD car in my life....... however, it may be so tail happy due to my own "fiddle and botch" custom setup I run. Cheers, Grant
  7. Download the S2 demo www.liveforspeed.net Click Here Even the free demo is addictive, the range of adjustability on the cars is pretty amazing.. online races are always good too. Possibly set-up a Scottish Scoobies room every evening for people to.... "un-wind" Cheers, Grant
  8. Haha, thanks guys... I promise I will keep the next car longer Spooks!! Nyle, you never know mate............ Cheers, Grant
  9. Hi mate, dunno how easy this would be to fit to a Legacy but here's a new engine for sale.... looks to be a decent price too. Click Here Cheers, Grant

  12. I'll be going down.. Dont think I'll be in a car with any street cred, probably in the work hack!! Cheers, Grant
  13. Have to say I was well impressed that my car got fastest Honda of the Day...... 167.1 bhp!! You can reeeeally feel the .1 towards the top of the rev range.. Found out that my car would have kept revving, but Gerry said it was best to ease off at 8,800rpm!! Cheers, Grant
  14. No bother bud, hope you get things sorted out... Cheers, Grant
  15. BTTT to make it easier for Johnny to catch this post... Cheers, Grant
  16. Thanks Dave, I was wondering if the number I had was old... Pleased to hear its still current!! MY94...... It may well have been the guy that bought my old wagon that was there, it would surprise me if there was another one that looked the same as it floating about Scotland somewhere.. Cheers, Grant
  17. Need to get in contact with you ASAP mate. I have send a couple texts and left voicemail to the mobile number I've got for you.. end in 552. Cheers, Grant
  18. What about an Omega Estate.... HUGE Load Space, could probably drive the car into the boot and throw away the trailor!! Pick up a 2.5td Omega, they use a BMW 6-Cyl Diesel Engine and providing its been serviced correctly, it'll go on for ever. My old man used to run a MY95 Omega 2.5 V6 Estate, was still going strong when he eventually moved it on.......... at 189,000 miles. Cheers, Grant

  20. Welcome back Peeetay!! I've gone and sold the Wagon mate, however, I'll be back sometime in the future.... I seem to have a habit of missing the Flat-4 Burble?! I'll still be attending the Dundee Meets, as I have invested in a wee Rice Track Car............ Talk to you soon mate, and the boost gauge/pod is available whenever you are ready to have it back. Cheers, Grant
  21. Think its a company called GAP Security that advertise in magazines...... hmmm, that was Max Poo, so possibly give them a swerve!! No way of getting it towed to Skidz in Falkirk, know a fair few people that have used them to get Toad Ai606 CAT 1 Alarms fitted... Always done a decent job IMO. Cheers, Grant
  22. Hi Mikey, Glad to see you made it over here, Welcome to ScottishScoobies!! A friend did what I think you're considering doing to the interior, and I'm pretty sure he just took the bits off, prepared them and sprayed them the same colour as the exterior. If you took the car along to a local meet then I reckon there would be plenty of helpful souls that would give you advice/help about how/what to do to get the result you're looking for. Cheers, Grant
  23. If I get hold of a track car by then, I'll be interested, bit of track action on Saturday, then the Thrash on the Sunday... Just the job!! I take it that Willie is ok with peeps camping on his beloved grass areas?! Apologies if you meant staying in a Hotel, I'm from Dundee, a tent does me....... Cheers, Grant
