As well as Billy's potential Solway coast run, Squirrel and I had started the 'planning' wheels in motion for the next run. Lessons have been learnt from the Highland run, new rules will be in place (purely to protect everyone's safety and slightly curb the madness ), additional petrol stations identified and areas scouted. hey zeo, hope things are ok for you out on that rig. I took part in the Make History Poverty march in Edinburgh on Saturday and didnt see one inkling of trouble. It was a good natured, peaceful protest. Reports of 225,000 people there are pretty accurate...... bet you can't imagine that volume of folk in Edn city centre ..... eh? Imy

although it seems as if the clothing front has died down, Gayle and I have been busy working away behind the scenes. We have now got the final list of garments, prices and colours and are finalising ordering/payment arrangements. All clothes come with the Scottish Scoobies logo on the back, SIDC logo on the front and your name/username underneath. There is a slight delay in getting them in the shop due to the vast combination of options available but things are happening. Some members have already got their clothes (e.g. attendees for the NBO and KH) and if you are desperately wanting a top for a particular event, PM me and I will see what I can do To give you a taster of what the clothes look like, I have added some clickys below. day 3 of Scottish Rally a good day and the McRae boys were giving it some welly, although Jimmy was the most match fit of the 3 Saw them at service before the rally started, Colin, Alistair and Jimmy car numbers 101, 102 and 103. Colin was stuck in gear when we saw him at SS2 but got it sorted during service and was flying when we saw him at SS3. The fact that the rally is taking place in Dumfries where he drives to/delivers in every day gives it a bit more of a "we have to go to this" factor.
