  3. Matty had a head start I got moaned at by an old pro so shaved on the 1st. Glad I did though, it's not particularly pleasant having an itchy, wiry mess stabbing my top lip lol
  4. Thanks mate and thank you for the donation - just seen the email. REALLY appreciate you support Top man!
  5. Here's my humble effort as of yesterday, lol
  6. I've just put superturismos on my newage and they really suit the car - I think they would suit a classic slightly better tbf No sure about brake clearance mind you as I've smaller brakes.
  7. Well I'm a father of 4 and I've always thought that whole 'scoobs aren't a family car' standpoint was BS to be honest - scoobs are safe, practical family saloons. They're sure footed to keep you on the road, enough power to get you out of scrapes, spacious, incredibly reliable... and you would be surprised at how quickly the continuous drone of a loud exhaust can get a baby to sleep!!! Weirdly it's the best thing I know for getting little ones off to sleep
  8. Lol, no point in being all sensible and boring about it lol... get donating folks
  9. I've just put OZ Superturismo GTs on mine (17s) and they're soooo light, look great too!
  10. I was thinking about it but didn't want to get you too excited mate - I know what you northerners are like
  11. Subaru Automobile has today announced that the BRZ Concept will make its world premiere at the Los Angeles Auto show (November 18-27, 2011). The BRZ Concept is a pre-cursor to the eagerly awaited Subaru BRZ which makes it full production debut at the Tokyo Motor Show in December. Built around Subaru’s core technologies, the BRZ will use a new 2.0 litre Subaru Boxer engine developed specifically for the model and with the latest direct injection technology to improve combustion and efficiency. The Subaru engineered chassis is built with front engine and rear wheel drive configuration, allowing the engine to sit low and rearward to ensure lowest possible centre of gravity and to maximise the BRZ’s handling prowess. The new compact coupe has been developed as part of an on-going joint project with Toyota Motor Corporation. All cars will be built at Subaru’s Gunma plant in Japan when production starts in spring 2012.
  12. You're allowed regardless of where you are but you'll need to double check with LGG first as I'm pretty sure menu choices had to be submitted a couple of weeks ago.
  13. There's Cotswold Subaru over in Hailey, near Witney if you want a fantastic dealer service or if you want to save the pennies, I highly recommend old mill motors in Crawley (again, near Witney). Welcome to SIDC by the way
  14. The calendar will be shown to everyone before any money is due. It's not designed yet though so sorry, no sneak peeks until I'm done, lol
  15. Of all 15 being made, that's #1 so well worth it!
  16. Iirc that engine ran until 1996. As for a manual, there's no Haynes ones but there are a few workshop DVD manuals available online that'll cover it. Welcome to SIDC by the way
