The sprint track is still there and it's the home of the Subaru Rally Experience - amazing sideways fun in rwd Impreza sports Did a writeup about a day there for TG in issue 2 (click here) They did offer the track up for club use at the time so if you're all up for it, let myself or your local RO know and we'll try and get something sorted.

With the AGM so close to Manchester I'm sure I'll also be getting covered in dust, hit by stones and chewing gravel but no doubt for entirely different reasons

2.5l dohc non-turbo perhaps? Bang in higher compression pistons, lightened flywheel and it'll out pull most wrxs off the line without costing as much to insure

Don't forget that the 2.0, 2.2 and 2.5 leggy engines will fit as well as the Forester ones Might widen the search for you.

You should be alright actually - J17 M4 onto the A350 into Chippenham... Follow the road (and the signs to Combe) and you'll not miss Morrisons That said, if you guys want to head straight there and meet us on the stand I could post your tickets to you in advance of next week if it helps?

Yeah, didn't think to check what time it started before I text you mate, any time before 11am should be fine though... We all know how much you like to squeeze in an early morning round of crazy golf at the weekends!

To give everyone opportunity to meet up beforehand and for those who have purchased tickets from the club (via me) to get their tickets etc I thought it best to post up meet times etc as far in advance as possible. Show starts 8:30am and ends 5:00pm - for anyone coming later in the day please let me know ahead of time if possible as we need to tell Combe on the day exactly how many we have on the stand. Access will be limited as of 11:00am (although you should still be able to get to the stand with your car, it will be more difficult). We will be entering Combe for the stand from the Chippenham Road Entrance (Area K) Stand location: We are in K15 and K16. Old Mill Motors in Crawley Mill are excellent mate (do CS's MOTs as well IIRC), about £45 an hour for labour as well so can't fault em! Getting them to fit these springs and shocks next time I've a spare £100

The sport had her 4th MOT today and despite the examiner spending 15 mins going over my HID install she passed yet again without a single advisory. Before the scoob I had never had a car that passed first time - awesome car the scoob and hands down the best I've ever owned! When I queried the time taken over the headlights he said he'd adjusted them slightly for me and was looking at the 'cool waterproof clips' I used! Bonus!

Right then, turns out that Combe aren't issuing stand passes again this year but I now have 9 entry tickets for anyone that wants them. £8 a ticket, first come, first served. PM me for details - to be clear, all tickets are sold on behalf of the club (only we don't have time to get them in the shop).

Stand Passes have just been sent to me so I'll get them distributed before the event With regards to tickets, the advice given was that it'll probably be easier to purchase them on the gate as we go in.

Yes as the club's indemnity insurance won't cover non members and the secure stand parking is a member benefit.

Heard back today and unfortunately because of the time it would take to process the tickets and subsequent payments/postage we're not going to be able to stock tickets in the club shop. They're still avaiable from Combe at a reduced rate until 1st April and at the gate on the day. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. To confirm, we WILL have stand space and stand passes for a minimum 12 cars.

Hopefully will have time to make an appearance. Will be a couple of miles down the road for my bro's birthday so I'm hoping to slip away

Got two in bits at the moment, my son's which I've just fitted a bigger bore kit to and won't bloody start again and one for me which is waiting on a turbo kit arriving - should be a giggle come midsummer

They do say on the forms that all cars should be on the stand by 9am but with everyone driving to and from the track I doubt you'll have any problems
