Speak to Admiral about a multicar policy. They're very good and you don't have to have both policies start at the same time. You can swap your NCB between vehicles once you've taken it out as well - I recently swapped the 6yrs on the car I no longer own to the scoob which had 2 (because of a claim).
Col, I've got to say mate, I absolutely love your technical yet straightforward approach to motoring! Im always wondering what you'll be tinkering with next!
Yet another cracking post mate, well done!
Nicely done Col. That didn't take you long to get your head around/make... I think you're wasted playing around with electronics mate - you should be on Blue Peter, Rum in hand teaching the kiddies how to modify their cars
Of course you mean after they've gotten themselves membership first though yeah After all, it's a paltry £20 and compared to the saving on a service, it'll pay for itself on the first visit!
Looks good Col, very tidy job
GES, are they up past the Motor Auctions? Think I've driven past at some point. Tried looking at their website but my browser seems to think they're up to something dodgy?!?
Is the white wiring part of the original loom by the way? Reason I ask is that I was told that the Air Intake Temp Sensor works because of the ECU measuring impedance through it which varies depending on temperature. I was wondering what effect using a longer cable might have on that - or is that taken into account on your map/me talking crap? Was going to move mine you see... it's VERY short!
I swear there's a new shiny silver addition to your engine bay every time I see it - you going for the chrome look à la show cossies?
