  1. Only cost £70 - wouldn't get much in the way of tuition or for the car for that sum of money.
  2. Craig. Handling Mods: Tein superstreet coilovers - whiteline ARB/droplinks/Ant-Lift Kit Power Mods: VF38 Turbo/Sports Cat/Uprated Oil pump/Fuel pump/Plugs/Panel filter Since I am running a 2.5, I get 340BHP and 400 ft/lbs torque. Woes to date include broken piston and broken gearbox. The reason the piston broke was because the 2.5s run tighter in the bore, so it looks like the much higher temps generated during track use caused the piston to get nicked in the bore. I now have uprated pistons and racing shells. Since you are running the 2.0 in your WRX you should be ok, espeically if you are not going to be running it on track. With the gearbox, you should also be OK with that, especially if you are not running on track and becasue the 2.0 doesn't provide as much torque as the 2.5 - torque is the real killer where the gearbox is concerned. The WRX box is not nearly as strong as the STi 6-speeders. Hope that helps!
  3. Kenny Brown in Hillington Estate.
  4. Nice one, grab me in the pit lant and I'll take you from a few laps. Sadly I won't be giving it as much beans as I usually do coz of the chocolate gear box, but hopefully you will enjoy the experience just the same.
  5. How come? Too low? Tryin coming in the other gate at the main building.
  6. Yeah, I think you're right, name will just stay
  7. I have ordered the vinyl to do the band across the bottom and then I will remove the JW stuff from the door and put it in the orange band.
  8. What are you doing over there and do you have your Scoob with you? I doubt it right enough given how many miles you got without the light coming on.
  9. Yeah, I think I will ditch those other graphics. I will get some more orange and put it along the bottom of the doors and put the JW340 graphics that I have left over on top of them.
  10. I actually have some orange bands left and also some JW stickers, I might just do that anyway.
  11. Yeah. I have no immediate plans for power upgrades at the moment so wouldn't need to change it, but even when it gets to changing it, they come off easy and replacements are pretty cheap.
  12. Use one of the ones I posted cause its jsut the 340 that's on it.
  13. Man that is a good trade-in price and it would be tempted if I were you. Don't forget though, some tweeks to the new car can bring it up to the same spec as the old car with the exception (perhaps) of the "get out of my way" look the Blobeye has. Plus the fact that you were never 100% happy with youe current car and some of the little issued you had, so maybe a change is what you need.
  14. Might be Gaz, how cheap and could I see the artwork before it's made up just to see if I like it?
  15. Thanks - that's the whole point, just to try and be a bit more individual without going over the top. As I said before, blue with gold wheels, Cusco and really graphics do look good, but loads of people have them. I used to get people telling me they saw me here or there when I wasn't where they thought I was. Plus, there was another car in Castlemilk not even a mile away from my house who had full rally graphics. It was time for a change
  16. Aye, will do, and I'll do that other thing you suggest with the lines. I might move the JW340 in the position Grant suggested as I originally intended to put it down there any way. I left it further up casue thats the position of the rally numbers.
  17. Very clever and supremely patient
  18. What a lovely looking machine! BIG from me!
  19. Glad to hear the wife is ok, hope everything is ok. Hope the toss-pot who hit her gets what's due him.
  20. Well, well. Been out most of the night and got on expecting to see a load of negative comments about the wheels but it seems that all bar one (thanks Billy ) like it! I think I will go for powder coating my gold wheels. Thanks again! Over 70 posts on this thread; at least its getting people talking - hahaha!
  21. OK! Here they are OK, ready for more flack!
  22. Aye, that could be it, maybe with a line above too, I'll give that a try
  23. Sounds like it, perhaps a brake service will sort it out without having to rebuild.
  24. Haha! Excellent!
  25. Aye, I have some orange left over and was going to use it as a background which might have been better, but I'll come up with something
