Anyone used these guy, where they any good & how was your experience?

When I looked into buying my Scoob, I visited them and compared their prices. Test drives weren't forthcoming at that point they just wanted to talk money. They let me sit in one (big wow) but they were too greedy with prices. Can't really fault them but I feel they could have been a little more helpful. At that time I think sales were booming.

What colour are you getting? Black is the slowest remember!

Red would be good going by Andy's performance!!

Was down staying in Ayr for a few days, couple of months ago and decided to go into them on the off chance that they would have a wee part I was needing. Never been there before. Was just one young guy I dealt with at the parts dept and couldnt have been more helpful. Was just a wee part from my boot, less than a quid I needed and they had them in stock. Had a wee chat and left happy.

Im comparing them to another Subaru dealer who checked this part out for me, had to order it and ordered the wrong part for me amongst other errors, so in that respect I was impressed with them.

As far as servicing etc dont know but their prices for services etc were more reasonable than other Subaru dealers for the same service, when I have phoned them in the past.

I've bought my last 3 cars from them and overall they're ok. You have to push hard for any form of discount and whenever negotiating a trade in it's also hard work.

But tbh overall I would say they're the best Subaru dealer I've dealt with

I have been dealing with them for the past 10 years now, if there ever was an issue it was dealt with very quickly and pleasently.

i use them for getting my filters etc & whenever i get geometries done, always a quick dispatch of goods, good service and very helpful on the phone.

I've bought a car from them and used them for some servicing and they were quite good. I also asked them to give my 2nd STI that i'd just bought privately a good look over and they very quite thorough so fine there.

NOT the cheapest for parts (in my experience) specifically suspension struts and brake discs which I had done a lot cheaper at another main dealer in central scotland.

Can't really fault them to be honest, but it's not who I use now. Primarily because the "other dealer" that I tried was better, so that's where I go.

Used them only once for a service and some diagnostic work, also had a chat about trading my Scooby in for a GB270 a while back. Thought they were really helpful and even changed a set of disks under warranty with no quibble. If they were closer, Id use them again.

I was looking at a WRX with slim hips then i think but these STi with the huge love handle arches make me smile

hi used them twice first for my classic then for my blobeye cant fault them very helpfull.got to the stage now if i drop in its a coffee and a set of keys for a test drive of anything that catches my eye.say hello to cambell if your there.

I have used them for geo set up and I am about to put the car back in on Friday again for geo set up (went through a pothole on Great Western Road and had to fix the damage )

Bought my last 3 scoobs from John and both sales,service and after sales customer care is second to none.

If i continue to have a scoob i will continue to use John,Cambell,Lorna and the team.

I bought my STI 8 and the RB from them and have to say have always found the Service to be top notch, nothing is too much trouble for them and never had any hassle with any warranty work etc (the old strut problem )

As Dougie say's John Spicers the man to see
