About Badgerboy

  1. New production team about to put that lot together
  2. Should be plenty of flames during SIDC track time at Rally Day
  3. Does this mean we're gonna see you on track at Rally Day Gordon?
  4. Try Eastern Western Accident repair centre at Broxburn. They repaired the Badger after the Ring trip and they do work for several members on here. PM me for contact details as my mate is the workshop manager
  5. :laughing4: :laughing4: :laughing4: :laughing4:
  6. Should have just challenged him, or better still ask him to pop along to this weeks Lanarkshire meet
  7. Tokyo Drift..............fantastic film was that good they even made another 2 after it!
  8. Aye, looking better now Phil lol
  9. Aye its down to 90% driving skills and maybe 10% car set up. Wish we could have got up to some decent speeds on the fling to feel the benefits of geo set ups but just wasnt the case
  10. All pistons move freely enough, yet all rubbers have melted! Ive also noted that the "STI" wording (in white against black caliper) has turned a creamy/yellow which would indicate serious amount of heat build up, and thats on both front calipers. Brake fluids were changed less than 12 months ago. Should have known not to buy parts from chocolate hatches, eh Glyn and to think a spec c has less weight to bring to a halt
  11. Ohhhh Bitchy LOL although I agree that bodykit is Thank god Badgers are protected............for now
  12. Well after the Highland fling, I decided to give the brakes a good clean up and also have a look for a strange noise coming from nsf disc. On taking the discs, pads, calipers etc off it turns out that the rubbers for the pistons were melted onto the pads! I know it gets damn hot in there but surely the rubber would be designed to cope with these temps? Can get a seal kit for anout £100 but seems pointless if it will happen again. Anyone else ever come across this issue? Andy
