  9. I take it that the HPI was done prior to purchase therefore tell them not to worry, repo. is slightly different under Scottish Law and obviously it is a personal loan as it isn't attached to the vehicle, they will also have an indemnity under the HPI check to cover them if info is incorrect(£10000)and as a result they are out of pocket. Gav

  19. For the record it DOES require to be a 'STEALERS' stamp as its under the Subaru Proven scheme, this warranty doesn't fall into the block exemption ruling that for instance a New car warranty would. If it has any work carried out by A N Other then the warranty is null and void. Hope this clears this up for you Chris. Gav
  20. Remember its whats best for your years warranty
  21. Like i have said earlier,i'm not getting defensive, but if you were to admit the truth, lets face it you didn't buy your car on its stunning good looks ,Subaru ownership isn't about looks its about what it can do as a drivers car. If its down to 'aesthetics' then i don't think Subaru have ever produced a car that you could say was absolutely drop dead. Only my opinion, and i have owned enough of them over the years not to have bought them on how they look but how they drive,i can remember the first Hawk Eye we had delivered New back in 05 and the car caused uproar on this and many other forums with regards to its intensely ugly looks.......and look at it now, widely accepted by all and looked upon as one of the nicer versions offered. For me this is one of the most complete and good looking UK Imprezas this side of the P1,well spec'd better finished and amazing handling thanks to Spec C susp. Gav Oh and happens to be the same price as a P1 and that was 10 years ago.....
