Greig cheers greig, glad you were there today to advise some video footage of what jim went through. thanks for the pics/vid chris I can recommend a Hawkeye STi... dont be tempted into one of those old 'classic' things that people bang on about Jim. Cheers, Grant see above lol, never been into the newage v classic thing but i reckon the bug spec c has the best of both worlds ie. not much heavier than a classic with a stronger chassis Jesus Christ Jim!Im so sorry you've lost all that hard work, but Im very very glad no one was hurt. Roll on your next project :D The last one was a cracking read! The Bomber is dead, long live the bomber!!! Callum W don't think the next one will be as heavily modified callum but can't see it being totally standard either. will have to start thinking of what i can do a bit different next time how's yours coming along?seen it at steves the last couple of times i've been through there. lovely car mate
Guest greegsy Posted February 8, 2009 Posted February 8, 2009 Feckin Hell!!!! Gutted for you Jim, glad no-one was hurt though. Greegsy
wilky Posted February 8, 2009 Posted February 8, 2009 Cheers Jim! Thats the spirit mate! Its only a car, and no one was hurt thats the main thing! Lightly modded new car my erse! If I could do it all again I would go for a 2 door classic with the wide arch "22b" grp kit keeping body weight down and a 2.35 all singing and dancing lump with a silly turbo. Not trying to influence you in any way of course!! My car is only in for a wee service and to keep it out the snow Good luck mate. Callum W
