Nearly wiped the car out last night by driving into an effin' loch which had decided to cover the inside lane of a duel-carriageway. Going by the confusing information that your giving us Jodie, this sounds very dodgy,it doesn't mean that the car hasn't had some interior change at some time but unlikely someone would have put light weight panels onto a wagon. Probably best check engine code and chassis plates.If it had come in from europe the steering wheel would be on the left-hand side,and unless it's been modified it would not produce 270bhp.I've got an import sti-wagon that doesn't have a plaque at the stut to state that it's a sti, the engine plate shows this by the letter'E' and that the manifold is RED.( Don't think the early sti'wagon had the red manifold till later) hope some of this helps but i'd be very wary.
