Please do not shout at me if the answer to my question is already within the 16 pages! I am not able to take part in the convoy but I would like to come up to Lanark on the morning of the 30th before everyone sets off down the M74. Do I need any kind of sticker to be allowed into the Market car park or do I need to 'book in' or anything?

I think you only need to look into the McRae Gathering website (run by Andy) to see the dedication to the Subaru brand and those that made it it what it is today. Andy (and others) have put a lot of effort - A LOT of effort - into what will probably be the largest Subaru meet in Britain ever (although everyone taking part wishes they didn't have to be there at all if the events of earlier this year hadn't happened). To criticise this site and those that go that extra mile to do things for the club and it's members is just not on.

Very nice car - canny beat a red scoob with white wheels! It's looking very shiny too. The white wheels ARE a nightmare to keep clean so def. get a winter set if you dont have them already.

Got mine de-locked by the local bodyshop - I don't know how they actually did it but I assume they welded a plate in the back of the panel then smoothed it over with filler before painting it. I got loads of other wee bits and pieces done at the same time so I'm unsure how much the de-lock part of the work cost.

Definitely de-badge - the whole shabang. Even de-lock if you can afford it. Nice clean uncluttered look.

Just had a look - that white STI is lovely. There are two showing, one with 3 pics and the other with none. One is £21,995 & the other is £19,995. Anyone fancy giving me a £10K bung?

Orange stripes I could live with, orange wheels to match are ok too. The 'JW340' just looks odd. Daft font, daft sizes, daft place to put it. 'Shake and Bake' straight out of Max Power. I'm all for being a bit different and if you like it then what the hell, but ditch the Jw340 and DEFINITELY ditch the 'Shake and Bake' nonsense (IMO).
