  1. LOL, the first thing I thought when you said you we're off to Vegas was you'll probably come back married [] Congratulations and the best of luck to you both [Y][D]
  2. So clearly they are doing this for the Environment then! [:@]

  5. Should be open to anyone who baught an RB5 []
  6. Quotes work for me when I use Firefox 1 at work, so I don't think its anything to do with my username! I'm just wondering if this is some other problem such as the JRE or .NET which is shared between both browsers!
  7. This is what Firefox 2 does for me! Exactly the same as IE7, quotes, smiley's, links, images etc just don't work! Also, I don't get the buttons on the editor for adding links, changing font/colour etc. I use IE7 and Firefox 2 at home and neither work Still use Firefox 1 at work though and no problems there!
  8. Doesn't like Firefox 2 either! Back to old style smiley's
  9. Morning Lovely sunny day here in South Germany - Clear view to the Alps today!
  10. I don't have an issue with paying for parking - I'm quite happy to pay for parking and to pay more for bigger spaces better security etc. What I disagree with is having to pay for parking that I'm not going to use as is always the case with pay-and-display. If, say I know I'm going to be 30 minutes, and 30 minutes costs 50p, but I only have £1, I have to pay a pound and get no change - WHY? If I leave the car park to get the correct change, I'm likely to get fined! If I don't know how long I'm going to stay, inevitably I always have to pay for longer than I need with no chance of recouperating the costs that I've paid for a service that is not going to be provided! Why can't I reclaim cash for the excess time that I'm not going to use, or re-use the ticket next time I return to the same car park! To me, the pay-and-display system as it stands is very much biased in favour of the car parks. I wouldn't be difficult to introduce machines that give change and to have a system where you can scan your ticket and get a refund for the unused time!
  11. You never know, he may well outshine Alonso given that he's been part of McLaren for for quite some time! Alonso is likely to have a few problems adjusting to the new team and learning to work with the engineers etc.
  12. Hey Aston, good to hear from you Again. Once again, very sorry for you loss mate!
  13. I never liked the idea of Pay-and-Display because you always end up paying for more time than you need! If you don't pay enough you're fined, if you pay too much you don't get anything back - either way, YOU LOOSE! [:@] Wonder how this latest system would cope with my German reg number [*-)]
  14. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/motorsport...one/6179704.stm Good for him and hopefully a Brit at the top of F1 which is good for us []
  15. Still waiting for my membership number!
  16. You squaddies have got far too much time on your hands [] Well done stu! Still some way for me to go [:^)]
  17. TMS27PC256-15NL http://www2.toulouse.iufm.fr/iufm/Document...rche/27c256.pdf Texas Instruments 256KB PROM (Programmable Read Only Memory), cannot be re-programmed, so whatever is in there is there to stay. The -15NL means it has a max access time of 150ns and an operating temperature range of 0-70degC. If the cars' been 'chipped', could be the OEM chip from the ECU, although I'm surprised its not re-programmable - I would have thought '98MY would have EEPROM but may be wrong!
  18. LOL @ how many people leg it like they've done something wrong! []
  19. I used to have one of those as well! [H] Must have been around 28 years ago! ...I broke it though []
