  1. I'm sure I got a least one right! Do you have the answers??? []
  2. I'm sure the winner of that auction will get a lot of enjoyment from polishing Colin McRae's helmet on a regular basis []
  3. Kind of happened by accident! [] I googled for the correct spelling of one I guessed and it brought up a load of results about M&M's. I resited for a while, but then gave in to temptation [6]
  4. I got about 15 before I resorted to cheating! Most of the ones I couldn't get were either too obvious or I'd just never heard of them!!!
  5. Congratulations to Mikko on his first win [<)] Fantastic for Petter and Subaru to be on the podium again [Y] Been waiting a long time for a return to form and hopefully it will continue for the last two rallies and maybe even a win! AND.... ...congratulations to ME for guessing the podium correctly []
  6. A mini one of what??? I have a mini Impreza, its about 2 1/2 inches long [] Seriously though, not a bad car for a BMW and you have to drive something right!? Good luck in returning to Imprezadom soon [Y]
  7. Already did that after the Rally Turkey! What do you think of the TV coverage of WRC? *@&$ !!!! []
  8. No Problem - Sometimes its worth going off topic to remember Rally DE [] Too Late [][li] Hopefully they will cancel the times for SS9 to restore Petter to #1 [Y] My podium predictor: 1. Hirvonen 2. Solberg [*] 3. Stohl
  9. Have to echo all the comments about Rally DE this year! Was a top event and well worth doing at least once, if not every year [] Top people, good laugh and got me back on SIDC [] Back on topic with Rally Australia! Does seem a bit crazy with so many people rolling! After SS7: 1. 5 P. SOLBERG 45:46.3 0:00 45:46.3 0.0 0.0 2. 4 M. HIRVONEN 45:49.0 0:00 45:49.0 2.7 2.7 3. 1 X. 10. Petter just 2.1s down in 3rd place after the first two super-special stages! With Loeb out, he'll be running 6th on the road when they start the real stages tomorrow morning (tonight), which should give him a big advantage on the Australian marbles if it stays dry - apparently Gronholm was doing a rain dance! Dare I entertain the idea of our Petter having a real chance of winning this one!? [<)] Or am I getting my hopes up too soon and its all going to end in disaster again [:'(] FINGERS CROSSED [Y]
  11. Mike Rutherford from "At Full Chat - Mike Rutherford Column" in Auto-Express http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/news/autoexpr..._full_chat.html Dunno if he previously had a music career!?
  12. LMAO! Good find Aston! How much cooler would Star Wars have been like that []
  13. They look remarkably like the PFF7's http://www.prodrive.co.uk/products_level2....;p=12&i=221
  14. Lol [] #24 could actually be a good idea though []
  15. Didn't help much though! Button and Schumacher drove straight past him []

  17. Sorry to hijack the double-entendre nature of this thread... I'm not interested in buying the camera, but would be interested to know what it is and how good the pictures are. I took up Scuba-Diving over the summer (I'm a seasoned expert in the other sort []), and eventually would like to do some photography, but not until I get a bit more experience (and cash!).
  18. Looks like you helped a lot Jen [] "Here's a mirror and eye thingy - do it yourself..." [] (I'm sure you did help really []) Looks like a good alternative to the FHM calendar [] and its for a good cause - think I'll get one []
  19. Very Nice [] An important part of motorsport history that should be preserved! Hope you picked up some Champaigne while you were there [D][]
  20. Hey Aston, Sorry about your dad mate! You'll be missed over here in Germany and hope you'll make it back for the occasional sexy car wash! I'm sure you'll enjoy your new job defending the noodle mines and am sure Andy will give you the Cardiff tour - watch out for the Skull Attack!
  21. Lol! Sneaky edit of the original post from 1991 to 1999 [] I can image a significant portion of the risk can be attributed to the way these cars are driven with respect to an X-Type Jag and particularly now they're getting on a bit and in the price range of younger and less experienced drivers!
  22. Which STi???? As the previous owner of an RB5 Prodrive, I can say with confidence, its probably the best handling Impreza on UK B-roads of all time! You can get more powerfull Impreza's but in real world driving they end up slower than the RB5 because they don't handle as well! I now drive an MY03 STi which is now a far better car than the RB5, but only after spending a significant amount on handling upgrades - 18" rims + decent tyres, Prodrive springs, stiffer ARB's & drop links. My advice would depend on what you have to spend! If you want a Classic and don't want to start making handling mods, then go for the RB5 Prodrive. If you can afford a new-age STi and some mods to boot, then that's the one to go for - with extra work the new-age STi can be better than the RB5!
  23. Yeah, I can imagine having a crash in a design sketch is extremely dangerous []
