Got mine done this morn... Apparently it looks like it had been kerbed as the rear camber was way off and so was the alignment, all sorted now though! [] Had my gf with me so it was a nice relaxed drive home (gutted!) but it still felt tighter... I'll report my findings later after a wee blast, won't be as noticeable as you guys as it is just a standard setup but still nice to know its all tip-top.. Would deffo recommend pro-grip, great service, nice guy who shows you what he's doing and explains it so even numpties like me understand!!

I'm kinda curious to see how much of a difference i notice as well. My car is completely standard for suspension but i'm pretty sure the alignment and toe / camber must be pretty guffed tho..... What car you got Des?

Enough of all your mods..... your making me jealous, lol My tyres were burning the insides more than outsides and i jus got 4 new tyres so thought i better get a full setup done, if i could stretch my budget i would have went for the droplinks but i'm pratted! I'll keep an eye out for your car when i'm in then!

Des, What time you in Pro-Grip in the morning?? I'm booked in for 9 to get a full geometry / alignment setup done!

Got 4 new tyres Today, Dunlop Sport 3000A's, early days but first impressions are - Much quieter than the Bridgestones, steering feels much more responsive although the old tyres were gubbed... hoping the full alignment / geometry setup will further enhance this on Saturday. Hard to say with grip levels at the moment but a "brisk" start in the soaking wet provoked a very slight "chirp" before biting... Big thanks to Vicki for arranging it with her "contact" in Kwik-Fit and big thanks to Peter for getting them sorted, great price and service!! Cheers Chris

Good man!! Thats it sorted, couldn't see what any of the options within profiles was but one of the drop-downs had an option of "US-English" and that seems to have done the trick, Cheers Stephen

Ok, its not my browser, Downloaded firefox and its the same apart from question marks instead of squares.... Can someone PM Willy for me as i'm guessing a bunch of squares represent access to my PM facility and as such i have no idea how to access it... don't know if my profile just needs reset as i'm pretty sure it was fine till i tried to update my signature....... Guys, Anyone else got the same problem, up the top where there is four options the middle two for me are - Chris_c201 & Logout, around them is just wierd squares, these are all over the place so when i go into my profile i can't see what any of the listings are.........

D'oh, no luck mate.....

Alright Folks, Apologies for the pointless folks and i'm sure you don't care but i'm excited so..... For about 3 years i've had a dodgy knee and it got to the stage where i couldn't sleep cos of the pain, scan showed no ligament / cartilage damage so i was diagnosed wi Tendonitis 6 months ago and told to give up football / squash and spinning for approx 9 months!! Been going through physio and started going to the gym 3-4 times per week and lo and behold yesterday the physio checked and the swelling in my tendon has went down! Not had any knee pain for about 3-4 weeks!! Got some new exercises to do for about 3 weeks the put more pressure on it and if all goes well i'll be back on the 5's pitch in just over 3 weeks, approx 9 weeks ahead of schedule!!!
