Defo will be getting a remap altho not straight away... should be fine on mine as apparently the WRX doesn't suffer boost creep... i'll stick a Knock Link and Boost Gauge in just to keep an eye on things though.... Stage 2 will be the new fuel pump and re-map.....

Alright Folks, Bought fast and modified for the meercat write up, great article with a step by step guide to their custom "snakehead" downpipes... look superb.... plus its got a wee pic of Graeme's (G.Mac) car...... I'm now thinking of going down this route rather than buying an aftermarket down-pipe and getting it fitted, well, this article plus Graeme's impressive RR figures..... Cheers Chris

Alrighty folks.... I know its a personal opinion and no one can make the decision for me but i'm pondering over whether to clean my boot of all the badges.... Any thoughts? I'm planning to scrap the WRX spoiler and leave it completely smooth in the future at which point i would prolly ditch the lock and get it sprayed.... Hmmm....... [8-)]

Lol, what was her reply?? I seen it ages ago in the car park and had to reverse and takes pics on my camera phone assuming it was some 17 yr old boy that owned it, when i seen her i was shocked then someone got wind of the website and it done the rounds of the 2000 folk that work on my site.... its even worse now than in those pics, got big silver stick on vents on the bonnet and the interior is full of total guff.....

Looks like the recent spate of damaging Scoobs has extended to mine... was washing it yesterday and someone has ran a key along about 8 inches on the rear passenger wing... think the worst of it should polish out but it will still leave a mark... That and there is a chunk of paint out my wheel arch just at the seam with the rear door even though the rear door isn't marked.... [*-)] And also someone must have slightly dinged it in a car park or something, slight dent on the rear bumper... Magic eh, think i should just now bother washing it then i might not see these things.... [:@]

Brian... My glovebox used to rattle really bad so i removed the whole section and adjusted the catch to its furthest point.... now when i close it i have to force it to catch and it defo doesn't move... rattle gone!

Some great roads out that way in general, used to see a girl from Carluke and it was when i first passed my test... My sister's little 1.2 bravo used to get hammered all the time.... Some of the best roads i've ever driven where over in Ireland, heading from the ferry in Larne across the country to tyrone.... loads of long sweeping bends, big hills, huge line of sight so you could use the whole road on corners.... managed to get my RX8 off the ground a few times!

Do you have one of the "extending levers"? I had one on my last car that wouldn't budge, bought one of these that looks like a normal wheel wrench but the handle slides out to make it about 2 feet long, the extra leverage you get is excellent and mine turned no bother with it.... Might be worth a shot? Cheers Chris
