  6. No mate, just a diddy 3040. I'd drank all the cans of stella before opening the box as I remember so it was either the irn bru or the shoe my missus threw at me when I showed her what I'd bought. G Mac's picture just reminded me of going through the same process.

  8. JcScoob on here didn't do too badly on a standard uk block and internals. His car must have been at least 400 hp. Better idea would be to pick what power you want and spec thar car to it rather than try and push you luck as far as you can.

  14. Depends what sort of use you'll be putting the car too. JCD 6 speed would slow you down on the strip with the extra shift just before the line. Seriously thinking about taking my straight cut out as it's a bit much on the road.

  19. I've got one but can't comment regarding before and after as it was on the car when I bought it. The car certainly feels tight even with standard suspension.

  23. Thats added complication. Import ecu will have some different pins I believe and will certainly have a different map. 1994 cars may not have had an imobiliser so worth checking first. If you're needing to spend money on getting keys flashed my preference would be to find a second hand apexi PFC. Plug-n-play and mapable too.
  24. As above I'd stick with the standard size. Performance and reliabilty differences will be minimal but cost won't be when machining is taken into account.
  25. Is it UK or JDM? Don't think the JDM"s came with factory imobilisers.
