  2. yup I think Cruz104 ( John ) was the last to use it. I'll be driving up to Aberdeen on Friday. If someone can get the gazebo to me by Thur night and if it fits in the RA I can take it up if needed. will need someone to meet me in Aberdeen on Fri afternoon to collect.
  3. reminds me of what Kebab Nemesis was saying to me yesterday... he'd spent ages washing waxing and claying his RB320 on Saturday and he didnt want to brake too hard on the way up to Falkirk... didnt want to get brake dust on his nice clean wheels
  4. it was great to see so many kids out yesterday, running around and enjoying themselves. had a wee chuckle to see the wives driving the 2nd scoobs, Mrs Pretender and Mrs Bobby C come to mind and even the elusive Gus the Bus deemed it was worthy to show up hmm you just saved yourself there with that last sentence
  5. went up the Wheel with Cathy and Sharon tried to take some pics with the camera phone out the side of the boat, everyone else was taking pics of the scenery out the front these are the only ones worth showing the Wheel is some feat in engineering, here's the big cog on our way up

  8. click for Colin McRae website the offiical Colin McRae website is back up, with a new layout and info about future plans. there's a bit about the shows that the Vision stand will be attending under "News" and also a mention about the McRae Gathering under the "Colin McRae Vision" heading edit to add that the Online Shop is up and running - Click here Had the pleasure of selling this stock at the McRae Stages and the clothing is top notch, I've bought pretty much everything in that shop! there's a good collection of model cars and prints plus a % of the price goes towards the Vision charity. if you want some of this but can't wait for delivery, we'll be selling the gear at the IRC rally next weekend (will post details once I have them).
  9. bloody hell that's one shiny car agree with Welsho, almost looks like its chrome with the shine thats coming off that good job!
  10. what time does it start?
  11. aye echo what the others have said, Well Done Keira it must be tough to adapt after getting such a major injury I've always been impressed with how you just get on with things and work things around your wheelchair, not the other way about. Seeing how independant and mobile you are must give others such a boost of confidence and motivatation x
  12. lol what a numpty fingers crossed the wagon passes the MOT, I think you've done some recent repairs on her so she should be fine
  13. pulled together a wee 4 min 30 movie of the Skye weekend, using footage that Grant and I took and the pics posted here. speakers need to be on. enjoy.
  14. its the cause for that one event Chris
  15. we usually say post pics of your car but i think we know what you drive
  16. how about trying to set up a tea/coffee/cake stall? it gives folk a place to hang out while waiting around and anything sold will go towards the cause - "the Scottish Armed Forces to support injured soldiers and their families on return from combat" we did this at one of the RR's (think it was Dalgety Bay) and it worked well. We had a big urn of water, mugs, tea/coffee/milk etc and some of the ladies did some baking... if Rosie is well enough to rattle up a batch of her caramel shortcake i reckon it will go down a treat i've already got something planned so wont be able to make it. 1. STI Pretender 2. Grant (STI Pretender's friend) 3. wrx kenny 4.
  17. nice to have you back
  18. glad you had a good time kaylz, thanks again for looking after my car Gus the Legacy doesnt start. i was the "steer to the left, a bit to the right, foot on the brake, foot off the brake" girl
  19. glad that you got to see some stages Neil thanks to GMac and Rosie for helping us man the Vision stand, it gave me a chance to watch some of the cars going through the special stage at Duns. many thanks to cruz and kaylz and their other halves for looking after my RA on stand - its the first time that i've picked up a car thats cleaner than when i dropped it off. was grateful when John offered to give her a quick wash but totally didnt believe Grant when he said that kaylz was polishing the tail pipe and had to see for myself.... even i've not done that also thanks for helping us pack up, it helped speed things up after a long day. good to see the folk that popped by the stand, Greegsy, Neofox, and also GordyQ on our way home.
