Qwik update peebs, I`ve arranged with John 2 meet at the caird park filling station in dundee at 07:00 on Sunday morning. That`ll give us time to fill up with optimax and still ave plenty time to get to knockhill without goin bananas. Bearing in mind that sunday starts are a bit later. OK peebs I may have missed it but haven`t seen any posts bout meets arranged for the run through. As we`re meant to be there at early O`clock (08:00) was thinkin the Dundee & Aberdeen peebs could meet at the usual point en route (caird pard filling station in Dundee) the one at the top of the forfar dual carraigeway at say what 06:30 ? Anybody up for that ? Or suggestions if you think time is in need of adjustment ? What time do the aberdeen peebs expect 2 get to dundee? Hey guys s up ? Whats all this talk about never attending an SIDC meet again about? Seems to me that somebod has unfortunately given the impression that there was one of our meets on Sunday. I can assure you folks, when theres an organised meet theres a turnout, believe me peebs I`ve got the pix and vids despite the 5 0`s best efforts to confiscate them as evidence As spooks said, I`m the RO for Tayside and Angus despite my extended period of low profile (due to renovating the house I bought & the better half doin my box in, to get moved in :roll: ) So we`ll soon be back to business as usual i.e minimum of regular monthly meets and the odd surprise run etc Daz an Ian were posting on my behalf (BTW many thanks guyz) 4 a whilst as i didn`t have the ISDN lines installed. I didn`t believe the scoob would fit around that wee track last year, but hey it does If u wanted to find out the advantage of your RA or STi gearbox this is the track to do it on. The crack is always good up there no matter how the weater is. BTW does anybod have an mpeg or jus pix of "big red" from the last one? Hey peebs its me. I`ve been real low profile 4 a whilst and unless u were at the last KH day u won`t ave caught me around 4 2 long. From memory there weren`t many changes needed 2 b made when the 98sti was plopped in mine bud Saying that we did change the ignition to still run individual coils rather than a coil pack. I think there`d be a small problem if u r running a std ecu though. The biggest change during the conv was the steering rack and new PS. Cheers bout the mota m8, do is a favour eh ? Shoulda been there on Sat bud, We had plenty of motas on the stand (7 from memory) and a good few on track. Had 2 take down the tent though later on (bout 14:00) as the wind woulda damaged it or we`d have lost it I dunno who was on the stand on Sunday, but i had to make an appearance at Crail so was only on the stand at KH on Sat Pete

That`s it number 7 is now in It would appear that the source of my many gearbox problems is the short shift hitting the xmission tunnel Has anyone else had problems with short shifts supplied by F***land a few years ago ?? Pete
