Right peebs here`s the deal. Was contimplating a slightly earlier start time on this one (bearing in mind that the last one was held during the holidays) and some folks gotta get up for work on Monday. So we`re aiming at a 7pm kickoff, Sainsbury`s Dundee. Hi Ewan, Sorry m8 i didn`t make that clear did I Edited the post to clear that up It`s a Dundee meet fella, even though we had a few bods over from Glenrothes and a few surrounding areas at the last one. Meet point & time determined closer to the date of the meet 1st Feb. Will either be 18:00 or 19:00 this time, as the last one kicked off a bit late. And again we don`t want the neds turning up. After the success of the December meet. we`re going to make this a regular event in Dundee. Unlike most other meets this is mainly SIDC members, but members of other Japanese car clubs and individuals with japanese hardware are welcome (as we know there are not to many jap car specific meets). At the last one we had a good turnout of scoobs & evos with a few other jap machines in attendance. And most importantly a ned free good night was had by all. Testing the water here peebs. There`s nothin doin this month so what about a wee meet b 4 the big man dressed in red comes round (an I don`t mean Ricey ) Spoke to mako & big daz n they`re up for it. Anyone else in the area ? Some newbies maybe ? Ideal time 2 show a face No dates etc fixed yet but i`d suggest possibly a friday night ? I was thinkin bout the "not knowing peebs names" thang, an I`ll see if i can get some sticky labels & a marker, so when peebs turn up they can take a sticker bang their name on it n stick it 2 their coat or whatever et viola, everyone instantly knows everyone else What do u guys think ? Sorry to see so many peebs dropping out. But hey, be positive peebs, better to wait till the motas running right, than putting in a 1/2 4ssed attempt My clutch plan had a setback on Sataurday so I`ve had to resort to the backup plan. Remachining my old pressure plate :eek: Unbelievable how many hard spots there were on it But nothin a ceramic cutter couldn`t take care of I`ll need 2 check all sizes now n c whats what Doug u auld spunker no worries m8, if BR is good 2 go I`ll b AVIN IT LARGE an u know it Anyway back 2 topic, The running list will be posted on Thursday night.
