  1. professor - it cant be!!! Its about 300+kg heavier than mine and we are running just shy of 570bhp at the flywheel. Must be the mountain of torque it has! (think it was the chap with the Black R35 GTR that told me they were both around 570 at the wheels)
  2. Here are the times vs the white 575bhp (at the wheels) R35 GTR SCOTT BUCHAAN - R35 GTR 11.290 sec 0.332 sec 2.005 sec 127.8 mph Left lane ADAM KINDNESS - R32 GTR 11.028 sec 0.367 sec 1.682 sec 130.1 mph Right lane 2nd place..... VERY close!! JOHN HAINTON - R35 GTR 11.053 sec 0.521 sec 1.871 sec 128.9 mph Right lane 3rd (i think) COLIN ROSS - Impreza 11.199 sec 0.767 sec 1.772 sec 128.6 mph Left lane
  3. handy fuel sampler for getting rid of all that excess fuel!
  4. he said I beat him by 200's of a second or something
  5. took me a while learn how to drive it LOL and got the dead weight out of it around 3pm! Made good use of the FIA fuel sampling connector and drained about 30l of fuel out... still had about 20 in but was fed up waiting! School boy error fillign it to the brim in the morning! My fastet run against Scotty in the white 'whiteline' R35 GTR RT 0.367 60ft 1.682 TV 130.1mph ET 11.028
  6. i think so.... beat the black R35 GTR right at the end!
  7. Vids Part 1 - mas in exige, and lots of othersPart 2 Part 3 my spin at carlubePart 4 Part 5 Pics http://www.trackscotland.co.uk/forums/view...p?p=17730#17730
  8. Impreza or Skyline... Impreza or Skyline... hmmm Fee cant be a***d, but I should be there in something
  9. planning to... car is a non runner, no braker at the moment though :/
  10. fitted the Jun lip pop rivited on, and started offering up the test splitter still to see how flat (overall angle once fitted to car) it will be so may still need spacers pics of the vent fitted and the size of the crack in the pas disc once off
  11. late braking!!!! Me? Never! Oil - i need to whip off my FMIC, but i think i was just breathing oil I was still running the breathers plumbed into the inlet. Sorted out a set of 335mm HiSpec 6pots, just waiting for the correct bells now :| fitted the reverse vent today nice and easy Will do the lip soon, was just having a **** day of it with my brakes! thanks to Davie http://www.drmotorsport.co.uk/
  12. done some quick changes to DIY catch can... Using an ebay catch can now (still very small, and with quite small bore inlets! BUT i have used some 22mm reinforced hose (same as Skyline) for the breather pipes (but had to reduce to meet catch can etc) This should slow the airflow/oil vapour down once/if it comes out on track - meaning hopefully less oil wasted in the can and and another look at the discs on the Impreza.... oh dear. Good job we towed that car home from the last trackday, as the brakes felt warped but there were no visable cracks at the track (must have happened when cooling)! 2 cracks clean through the O/S disc, and 1 on the N/S. Front Brake spec Standard discs using STi 4pots, Carbotech XP8's and a brake MS booster Need to look into going bigger I think Snetterton would have done the damage, and Crail just pushed them over the edge.
  13. if its a 2 door - bond in rear screen and rear 1/4.... front 'may' need a frame. They are thinker and formed, so 'should' fit nicely but they will still pop out at speed etc. Fire Ext - have a look at demon tweeks for ideas. I have a basic Life Line 2 nozzle kit, think its called Marshal
  14. the gravel didnt damage the tyre, its just the 'tar' or road surface at crail that isnt as smooth as the likes of KH. There was a lot of loose stones from new sections of tar (laid 2 days before!) Not the best prep/planning by crail... but it was still good fun!
  15. some poop pics I managed to get between laps and at the end... smashed (hole clean through it) headlight Whats left of the Impreza NS Front tyre :/ and the skyline... lumpy!
  16. from a bumpy and wild Crail track Makes a change from KH as the 'only' track but wont be making a habit of it! - Me driving Impreza early on (pass was the guy with the blue impreza... Greame?) - Me in Impreza again, pass was the motorbiker dude - Impreza, me and Mass - Fee driving the skyline, with Rog/The Admiral - Me in the Skyline... with Dale
  17. here you go - Side feed injector enlarging and flow testting - http://lateralperformance.co.uk/product.ph..._flow_matching_ = £175 +vat Collars - http://lateralperformance.co.uk/product.ph...__93__98__rails = £35 +vat
  18. er.... i think its says on Lateral site... £175 rings a bell, then £35 or so for the adapters for phase 2 inj into phase1 rails
