  1. I like the look of them Tommo go well with the car being white, Your RA looks the dog's. I've got the 17's on mine & it really holds the road well when your pushing it on, I take it your going to hang on to it for a wee while yet
  2. Nae Cathy's coke the night Mag's has rationed me cause I'm up early for the show lol
  3. It looks the dog's Al, hope Lyndsey let's you have a shot should have kept your old one mate
  4. Your no greedy Cathy 3 scoobs it looks fair braw, Just got back from the pub getting into the chinky nosebag, Mags is asking when your coming out to play She's bailing out tomorrow too much packing & shopping to get done before we go on hols, must be a women thing, fling some gear in a grip & go for it

  8. Get it back to EH & demand your cash back it's a buyers market mate theres some really good cars out there, EH have mucked you about enough tell them your getting trading standards involved & give them some bad publicity
  9. Congrats Pete on stepping up & I hope you'll still be kicking around Al look forward too catching up with you both in the future bobby
  10. That looks the biz Graeme, you leaving the cat in?
  11. Finished off the GB with a nice set of K-sports on the front end that pretty much finishes the project off, new rubber lying in the garage but will keep the semi slicks on for playing just now, front splitter & front end will probably require a blow over in a year or so but no point in having it if your afraid to use it. The RA has had it's freshen up & is ready to roll only plans would be to replace the front brake with the four pots from the GB & renew the suspension with whiteline gear as required, but then it might go to a new home soon it's 50 / 50
  12. Done
  13. Mr Cross your making my engine bay look positively shabby, met Colin today at Kames might need to twist his arm & drag him over to bonnybrig for some engine bay treatment & I think I might go red hoses as I always admired Barry's engine bay on the car he should have kept lol
  14. I'm the same it's getting harder to justify scoob ownership, GB for a 50 yr old git with max no claims £500 protected all mods declared, £425 for road tax + servicing = £1050 on an oil service year before turning a wheel, V-power £1.29 a litre, RA ins £360 Road tax £195 plus upkeep of a 16 yr old car £950, So £2000 before turning a wheel, The question has to be asked ? I love my cars but it's becoming an expensive hobby
  15. I think that's what they call a keeper John, sometimes photo's just capture it all
  16. Nice one Kenny the increase in that wee bit extra power makes all the difference, you'll be grinning from ear to ear, see you on Sat, out of interest have you upgraded the brakes yet
  17. The stand etc was a hot topic for discussion at the weekend Robert as was SIDC membership north of the border, we estimate SIDC is raking in around £7,000 from us, it seems an awful lot of cash for use of an internet site, there are very little benefits that members get so where is Scotland's £7,000 getting used???????
  18. Great day out my sides were splitting with laughter again, it's what makes it all worthwhile, great company, nice cars & plenty of banter, Well done to all for this weekend & much love to cruz 104 Roll on the next event bobby
  19. Can be a common problem with these old beasties, if it's not fuel related could be your crank sensor playing up had similar issues with the RA had the sensors changed & never looked back
  20. Great day out good banter as usual roll on next weekend, standard of the cars was top notch, well done to ole Tam another one for the cabinet
