Time for new tyres so what do you recommend? Or do i go for new wheels and get budget tyres fitted? Can anyone recommend somewhere that does wheel/tyre package? cheers chris

after going to the mcrae gathering i decided to change the look of my car. I no longer wanted just another grey hawkeye so i decided to fit these decals. not too sure if i like them or not but they will do me for a while. chris

I have been having trouble with the supplier of the remaining stickers otherwise it would have been finished last week. My other half is a wiz at fitting them now.

I will post up some pics tonight as long as it stays dry lol but i have home for more of the same yes i was fed up with it looking bland.

Not happy with with the sides so will be fitting some new decals tonight if it stays dry.

Took the car for a spin to zoo at cupar today and managed to get my new clocks to read 1.2 bar peak boost.

just use force or should i try using a knife to help push the clips?

I wrote to Subaru UK and got a nice useful letter from them today saying that the struts don't come in pairs and therefore only faulty ones will be replaced. They are as much use as the struts. So what do i do now???????????? chris

mine is a 56 plate sti.

Bobby were both struts broke or just 1. Reason i am asking is because i phoned Subaru uk yesterday and was given some excuse about they wont replace things unless they are broken hence reason my car is only getting 1 front and 1 rear replaced. They did say something about they have been modified for better greasing or something. I have now written them a letter to see if they will replace all the struts as i am not happy at having a car with one side having new struts and 1 side having old struts. I have heard this can make car unsafe. Also any car i have had in the past that has had struts replaced had them done in pairs even under warranty.

Just had call from s&s and i am getting a new rear and new front passenger strut. They wont replace them all unless they are faulty as Subaru will charge them. They did say that the struts have been uprated due to the problems. Well i guess i will just need to wait and see. Does anyone have the details for Subaru uk as i am going to write to them and ask if they wil replace the other 2.

does this mean that you have purchased a bigger turbo???????
