254 miles on clock and just has so much attitude standing still

Now trying to wipe the smile off Andy's face is not going to be easy

Hats off to you boss as she is everything as expected and then some more

yeah mate the wait has been well worth it!!

still running it in so have not taken it above 3500 but christ it still feels rapido!!

Using the suspension setup on "comfort" (for running in to give the setup as much travel as possible to bed in) and it sticks like glue.

Have had a play with the paddles and the gearchanges are seemless and as smoothe as a babies backside.

Overall the car so far is more than i expected......wonder if that will change when i give it some beans!!! :)

Imy, i spent an hour this morning flicking through the book but decided to just press buttons instead and see what they do haha.

It is very tempting to give it some beans but i have waited nearly 2 years for it so afew hundred more miles will not kill me :) ........i think!!

i had no idea that you could buy the GT-R in the uk yet i thought it was much later in the year b4 i could put my name down for one

Richie

Speak to Sharon at Alex F Noble the Scottish Authorised and only centre for the GT-R North of the border.

Most of us have had our names down for well over a year or so waiting on the official UK cars coming with our deposits paid. These cars are now starting to get delivered (Jammy sod by the way i cancelled mine for a V Spec and am now re-considering due to the rediculous price they are asking)

If you ask nicely i know there are 2 Black Editions one coloured white and the other black with cancelled orders on a first come first served basis available, i am hoping to secure the white car just waiting on a deal on my own car to be finalised.

Regards

Happy is an understatement Davie........bit of a rollercoaster ride for the past year and a half which nearly saw me cancel due to some bad press reference reliability etc..........usual scare mongering idiots that knew sweet FA apart from what they heard in the pub.

At the moment it sounds rather tame to say the least but when i take the car back for its 1000 mile clutch re-align and check over it shall be getting treated to a y pipe which takes out the centre resonator, heard one yesterday with it done and it sounds fruity!!!

It is however deifnately unique with the noises it makes at idle........when you stand outside you can hear the gearbox chattering away, that should quieten down alittle as it beds in but i like it to be honest............Massey Ferguson springs to mind!! haha

Driving around (especially yesterday which was the official launch day in the UK was interesting to say the least), people gawping and pointing. Actually got the thumbs up from a guy who pulled alongside in a DB9 on the M6 yesterday......which was nice!

Wonder how long before Strathclydes finest decide to pull me over and ask what it is!! :)
