Daily Drivers?

After having a good surf around here, i just wondered how many people actually use their scoobs as daily drivers?

I use mine for everything, from popping to the shops to family trips up North. I've put 4k miles on it in 3 months too..... ;)

Yup. Mine is my daily and only motor. This is my second Scoob and I own this one. My last one was leased so I didn't care about mileage. Was doing 15k+ a year. Had this one just on a year and it's just had it's 10k service. Now take the train to long-distance meetings. Stress-free and not constantly looking for the Scameratti ;)

which scoob!? :D

nope don't use either as my daily drives if i did my fuel bill would be atleast 5 times what is is per month using the C1 as my main car. but they all get used 3 times a week minimum ;)

Mine's a daily driver.

If I'm being honest I can't see me buying a compromise car again. Next purchase will be a track/sprint/climbs car next year hopefully.

However, I'd never have gotten into tracks if I'd never owned this car.

Same here. Would never have imagined in my wildest dreams that I'd have driven a decent powered car (which is a daily driver) on a proper race track. Pinching myself... ;)

as a daily driver mine would be about £15000 a year on fuel alone :D

hence the old beemer for work.

used the last car(370bhp) as a daily driver and done 19000 miles in 14 months.not very economical

and hard to justify the expense to the tax man ;)

I also use mine daily. Do shift work and car share with 3 work mates.

We seem to get to and from work faster when its my turn to drive ;)

Mine gets used every day, to and from work, but only gets decent milage put on it at weekends. Cant really justify spending so much money on a car, to not use it.

Use it everyday, commute only being half a mile, most miles at nights and weekends, been to Thruxton, Snetterton and Milton Keynes recently, oh and Blackpool too with kids. 14k in 12 months. It's far from economical but I think it's the most comfortable seat of any long distance car I've owned. If only they ran on water. . .

Of course it would be Perrier. It would have to be!
