I have worked as a refrigeration engineer for 12 years . Door seals on most integeral commercial freezers are heated to prevent them sticking shut . They can feel warm/hot to touch - this is normal. Check that the condenser is clean and the fan is running , and you have good airflow over the condenser. Check that the compressor is running and not cycling on/off . Check that the door-seals are not damaged . Check that there is not a build-up of ice inside restricting airflow in the cabinet. In this hot weather with high Rh (relative humidity ) anything that could impede performance will . HTH, Al.
