ally-b replied to steve_nairn_sti's topic in Scottish Scoobies
Don't worry , there is always next year . 10/10 for trying [Y] Al. -
I believe that if these products were any good then the car manufacturers and race teams would use them. I concur with those above - good oil and regular oil and filter changes are all that your engine requires. Al.

And I'll be along to help on Saturday evening [] Al.

I will be at the Brewers fayre Hillington carpark tonight (Thursday 16th) at 730pm to collect any Santa Cruise donation sheets . This will let us start buying presents .[G] I spoke with our contacts at Yorkhill yesterday , and they are organised at their end and looking forward to the 10th of December. So lets start getting the money in so that we can start shopping for presents . Cheers , Al.

Only if it is an STI as they were only available as imports back then. UK 2000 PPP would have consisted of exhaust , silicon intercooler pipe and ECU . Al.

Hi to both of you [] Glasgow area meet is held on the 1st Thursday of the month (watch the 'events' section for details) Hope to see you there - you'll be made very welcome . Al.

Hi James , I think everything is covered in the posts above . Basicly , the Glasgow area event this year involves everyone meeting at 11AM December 10th at Asda Robroyston (Bishopbriggs) for 12 midday departure with the cars done up in Christmas decorations . We then drive through Glasgow centre (inc George square) to Yorkhill Hospital for 1pm , and donate loads of presents which we have bought with money raised at various events throughout the year ... Scooby Santa has promised to appear - if we are all good [] Any questions just PM me or , if you'd like to get a sheet to collect donations from friends , family or workmates , then PM Imy (micra_wrc) as mentioned above. Glasgow area will have a meet on the 7th December at the Brewers Fayre Hillington 7 for 7:30 to finalise last details , see you there if you can make it . Al.

I would highly recommend Greersport in Glengarnock near Beith (N-Ayrshire). http://www.greersport.com/ Bill and the lads know these cars inside out . They have prepared some of the best cars on this forum including Wilky , Fai17 , Gmac and many others . Their prices are very reasonable - just mention that you heard via SIDC Al.

Thanks for the good attendance tonight folks . This was our first 'indoor' meet in a while , after a summer of evening runs . It was nice to see some new faces , and also nice to see the lads through from Balloch Hope you all enjoyed it tonight and will be back again. Thanks go to the Brewers Fayre Hillington for giving us a section of the restaurant where we could conduct business. It was good to get the Santa Cruise dealt with , as it only just over a month away and this years looks like it is going to be good . Peter did a roaring trade in raffle tickets - these are going like hotcakes and there are some great prizes up for grabs - get them while you can ... http://forums.sidc.co.uk/forums/809433/ShowPost.aspx Thanks also to Imy for distributing the donation sheets - if you can all try to get these returned in the next couple of weeks , it will let us start getting presents bought in . Anyone who didn't manage tonight but would like a donation sheet , please contact Imy (micra_wrc) or myself via PM. There will be a report and pics posted soon from the post-meet run to 'st3ph3ns tunnel' (fnaarr fnaarr []) Cheers , Al.
