I have a few ,very good, full-face motorcycle helmets (AGV , Bell , Bieffe and Shoei ) I usually just take one of them if I'm going to any trackdays. But I must admit that I feel rather claustraphobic wearing full-face in the car . I always say that I'll get a decent open-face specificaly for trackdays (I don't like them on the bike 'cos I feel kinda 'vulnerable') Either full or open face type will do for trackdays - it is down to personal preference . Just make sure whatever you choose is approved for motorsport by ACU or RAC. Although as pointed out earlier , if you go for open-face like St3ph3n and Fai17 you will have to get used to being called "Zippo the human cannonball" [][] Al.

K&N RU-3130 is the correct filter for the APS cold air kit . I had to buy one for mine as it came without . Why are you changing it ? - they can be cleaned and re-oiled . If it needs replaced then the 'green' may be worth considering as I rate their panel filters highly . Sorry I can't help with clearance Q as Greersport fitted mine. Al.
