  1. I agree with the 'don't sell it' brigade. I regret selling mine most days, although I did own it for 3 and a half years. A combination of that plus redundancy plus becoming a father meant it was the best time to sell it but I wish I had been in a position to go for another Subaru at the time, maybe a Forester STI.
  2. I was under the impression you know the new owner - Gunn from up north - I just wondered if they were doing a feature on a few subarus or if it was just yours.
  3. Slightly off topic, but will my old scoob be on the program too?
  4. Oops, didn't notice that. I'll remove my link.
  5. Video of it here: Link removed cause i'm a tube
  6. How about samur-eye. The word samurai was originally saburau, which sounds kinda like subaru.
  7. Interesting signature Neil.
  8. I've got a crisp tenner to the charity of your choice if your name is still showing on the V5 and the car is on your driveway/garage on the 1st of June 2010
  9. Car is looking braw Gus Maybe needs a wee inch drop at the front end though? Where you living now?
  10. Ally at 360complete.net - will come to you with everything on board his van. Only used the best of gear too - have a look at his website for pics of some of the cars he does (Porsche, Ferrari, Aston Martin, TVR etc - he recently done a white Nissan GTR too). http://www.360complete.net/ Tell him Andy with the blue focus said hullo.
  11. If it's the company I know they are in Whitburn, not Livingston.
  12. Magma are no longer in Bathgate - he has sold his unit and I think he now operates out of a big garage at his house. His number is still the same apparently - 01506 632766. I've used him a few times and i've always been happy with his work.
  13. Stunning! Really like the wheels.
  14. Got mine from here: http://www.rb5.paulhooker.co.uk/rb5oc/movi...p/sidcshop.html Probably bought them 2-3 years ago now, I assume he's still doing them though.
  15. I normally hate all the 'LOL' text-speak abbreviations but I genuinely LOL'd when I read this post.
  16. I seem to recall that you were recently banned from driving - if this is correct surely sticking to the speed limit would be foremost in your mind.
  17. Didn't you just sell a blue blobeye recently? If so, I don't see the point in going back to another one! Go for a P1 - the one in the For Sale section looks a beauty.
  18. Jealousy is a terrible thing.
  19. Very nice frank, I thought you had a silver STI?
  20. If I had £10K to spend i'd get a couple of asian hookers and some columbian marching powder & have the weekend of my life.
  21. Diablo, do you like sex and travel?
  22. Interesting video, but since it has nothing to do with Subarus this topic should be in the off-topic section.
  23. I've got about 156 1/18 models, most of them are back in their original boxes in the loft until our wee one is old enough to appreciate how delicate they are (probably about 21 then!). I was bored one day and made up an Excel spreadsheet on what i've got and what I paid for them - the Mrs wasn't happy when it added up to over £6K! I've got 8 Subaru models, including a 22B, and I got a guy over in Belgium to make me a replica of my old road car. I've also got quite a few old Fords, approx. 13 Porsches, 5 Bentleys, 4 Audis, 5 BMW's etc. On the Burns/Reid topic, I purchased an AutoArt 1/18 Peugeot 206 WRC car (Monte Carlo 2003) about 3 years ago & it cost me £33. The Mrs was dusting the other day and knocked it off the bookcase, wrecking it (i.e. way beyond Superglue repair). It took me ages to find another one on the net and I had to pay over £80.
